Dont give up girls, I finally submitted my order after an hour and forty mins...when you get the timeout error go back and resubmit..I did this like 8-10 times til it finally went through

I think I did it after all those white screens...hang in there i'm sure you'll get it...be patient.

I see the ones from last nights glitch are safe, but today's are being cancelled.

That's what makes it extra crappy of them, if you're gonna penalize some you should penalize all.

After I hit submit my order, it timed out, but I just got a confirmation email for my order. I hope this is true! AHHHH!

I think its stupid to cancel orders because they ordered prior to 12pm est. When RRW launched I ordered 10 mins prior and it was fine. MAC is so full of it!

finally got through with checkout and keeping my fingers crossed. 1.5 hours wasted, oh well, not really, I took half an hour out to walk my dog to release some steam.

And the order went through!

After one hour and 42 minutes.

I will never do a waiting room launch again. I am not quitting MAC just the freakin waiting room bs.

ETA: Just got the confirmation email for this order. My previous order for this collection is still pending, but I am assuming that it will be cancelled.

This makeup purchasing experience was truly HELL for me. Was stalking the website right at 9am pacific time, and all the sudden the site wouldnt load .... 15 minutes later I finally got in the waiting room, and during that time my internet connection dropped, It kept messing up I ended up waiting around 1H 40Min before my order went through. I just got the confirmation email but wow seriously, maybe its time to re-think 'online only' collections .... its stressful for everyone all the way around

Soooo after getting the timeout on my laptop, twice. I decided to try my phone... it took some time but I finally got to the end, with confirmation email and all! No longer a fan of this waiting room. Hang in there ladies and I hope everyone gets what they want. Seriously, MAC just does the most at times. Good Luck everyone!!!!
