I've gotten one cancellation email already for the order(s) I placed before official launch.

What time did you place your order that was cancelled?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. In the past, I would try to adjust my orders to add a free shipping code that would be announced shortly after placing my order. Like within minutes. Customer service would always tell me that once an order has been sent to the warehouse, it's too late to change it. I'm wondering if any pre-noon orders that got sent to the warehouse will still be canceled. My first order went through at 11:02 am EST.

Has anyone else noticed that their money hasnt been taken from their cards from orders placed today?? I got a confirmation email and the MAC website also shows my purchase. WIll the funds be taken out when they actually process the order for shipping??!?!?! HELLLPPP `:shrugs:

If you placed an order after noon, you should be fine. The lipsticks aren't sold out yet. The authorization charge for the purchase should show up soon. To everyone still waiting-- try an Apple device. I waited 90 minutes, got stuck with lipsticks in checkout stage, and got 3 gateway timeouts on Firefox. I took someone's advice and logged into my account from my phone. I got through checkout on my iPhone in less than 15 mins. Don't give up, ladies. When I called CS to make sure my order went through, they said the lipsticks are still in stock. Good luck!

I see the ones from last nights glitch are safe, but today's are being cancelled.

Im not too sure about that, they will see when the order was placed and cancel them. Everything has a time stamp on them online.

I did, I ordered some lip pencils with mine and have yet to get a cancelation email. We'll see though.

I haven't received an email but they did cancel my order from last night. Just checked my order history. Glad I was able to get RRB finally!

My first order never got cancelled but I placed a new one. On phone with MAC to cancel since I thought for sure I'd get a cancellation email....

You know what...the only good thing I can see coming from this is MAC trying to make amends with this PR nightmare and unfair cancellations is by going ahead and rereleasing all of todays items with one of the last two launches. Let us not forget the unexplained delay of this release either (especially only to have the total site meltdown anways and issuing out lectures to folks for taking advantage of THEIR problem.) After all, it is the least they can do.

I don't see that as making amends when those launches were pre-planned. At least there will be two more launches, though with all of the consistency inconsistency in information cascaded from MAC itself, I don't trust that anything that's currently launched now, will be available later.
