Truthfully, RI RI BOY can be duped out with Up The Amp and just blot and re-apply and blot in order to make it matte.... But, I love lavender/purple lipsticks...RI RI WOO wasn't a necessity for me but, I got it anyway....My favorite red lipstick is Russian Red. I am more of a Pink/Lavender lipstick rockin' girl...Heaux was never on my list...because, I'm not into those shades.....

As, far as Rhianna testing the products on her friends....Ummmmmm her bff Melissa however you spell it makeup game is never on point I'M JUSS SAYIN'...

I wanna cry!!!! My first order was cancelled with the lippies among other things.  Not to mention the total order was like $230+ so they are gonna hold this money and not send my items.  This is like ridiculous.  I am super pissed off right now and should not be at my desk because I can't say what I want to say to them on the phone.  But anyhow, I'm on hold, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this

That was the worst.experience.ever. It took me 3 hours to place my "replacement" order ( my special link products from today were canceled). I don't understand why the first Ririwoo waiting room experience seemed to go so smoothly, but this go round of Riri products was utter chaos. I had the checkout process crash on me 5 times. I had to order the entire collection in order for my order to go through successfully. Removing products was causing the site to crash for me. So, I guess I'll be either selling or returning my unwanted items.

finally able to check the status of my order before launch, it has been cancelled even though i didn't get a cancellation email. but was able to place 2 orders after the launch

My order went through! Just RiRi Boy and HK for me. However my order from 9 am does not say its cancelled. Maybe I got lucky?

they said it's not fair for the other people that are expecting to order at 12, but you know what it's not the consumers or our fault that they had it up on the site before hand so I don't think they should've canceled the orders.

I was able to grab everything except Riri Boy and that's what I wanted the most. I'm not counting my orders before noon (since I have a feeling it will be cancelled). I feel like I placed so many orders today I really hope they ALL don't get cancelled. What a mess.

Yeah, MAC CS told me to return the RRW that could not be removed from the cart. -_- Your SN is great. MAC is gonna find out what happens to a dream deferred! We are all gonna become INGLOT fans lol
