My order still says pending and I'm debating on if I even want it anymore. I might just call up to MAC and tell them to cancel my "legitimate" order like they did the other and keep their heaux ass lipsticks!

I love how their cheeky nickname has become so catchy. I imaging that since its 11 on the East coast the shipping team has only been at work for a couple of hours now and they're packing away until they find your stuff. That or they update the website and switch the pendings to shipped in waves. Agreed. We were all n00bs here at one point. It's the cool ones that are nice and respectful to move up the ranks to become our Deans.

It's not yet released in the UK, I May get RiRi Boy (Or try) because I think it's a unique shade to see in such a matte finish and I love the colour, but honestly after this whole thing I'm gonna save the rest of my money. I'm so sorry for all of you beauties who got fucked over during this mess!! They released a collection early and then cancelled anyone who dared buy an item from it's order :/ That truly baffles me!

I hate it that someone snitched on our forum.I pray they don't try to shut it down. You know, they f'd me over on this $hit and are supposedly trying to "make it right" and "you will get your order" BUT DON'T mess with this forum. I value having Spectra in my life way more than any damn lipsticks. I just wanna say that I know I don't KNOW KNOW you all but chatting with my fellow Spectrites is an escape for me. After all the money Specktra members have given them? We're normal customers. We just so happen to come together here to talk about our love for makeup. ALL brands of makeup. We're not some kind of effing cult! What basis would they have to shut a forum down? A forum that hasn't done anything illegal. If they want to shut something down, shut down the guy that leaked the link allowing people to place orders. You don't take YOUR glitch or whatever they want to call it out on the customer.

Please stop saying that---who said anything about shutting the forum down? I didn't see that anywhere so shut that down!! PLEASE

Well, well, well what do we have here. I just got another e-mail from Mac that confirms shipping w/ the UPS link and it looks just like every other confirmation e-mail. However, I click the link to see where it is and the UPS site tells me there's a return to sender request. It was sent out at 9pm but by 11:50 it says "The shipper has requested a Delivery Intercept for this package. / Return to sender pending." Isn't that something? Sounds to me like Mac doesn't want my coins in the future. This is the final straw. I will be glad to oblige.

MAC has repeatedly shown me time and time again that they don't value or respect their customers, that their completely incompetent at handling their own collection releases, and utterly inept at making any attempts to correct their past failures. If I decide to play with a snake, should I be angry if the snake bites me back?

I purchase from other brands - NARS, Chanel, Dior, YSL. The makeup is better quality and I don't feel like I have to go through these hoops to get their products. MAC is not an independent mom & pop shop. They're a corporate brand that has access to a lot of resources and should know how to handle these launches more professionally.

My order still says pending and I'm so scared they're gonna cancel it because normally my items ship the day after i place the order. If they do I'm completely done with mac. How are you gonna go around canceling orders that were placed after their stupid launch time? Has anyone else got a shipping notice (that didn't get returned back to mac)?

No shipping notice, but I do have an order confirmation number, my bank acct was debited and CS said my order is in the warehouse for shipping.
