Well its been awile since I was here! And Riri collection brought me back here! What a mess!!! Was trying to order 3 lippies for almost 6 hours and only Riri Woo is shipped. Hope you all will get your orders!!!
Good heavens! hats terrible treatment!!!! Yeah, I am not down with being treated rudely at all. If that happens to me, they get a first chance to apologize & explain, then if they continue, they get this very quicklylol @ notes.. reminds me of the time I wanted to renew my cell contract per L&R's "great" offer and I told them to put it in writing on my account and that im going to think abt it and call back..well when i called back to go ahead and accept the offer, guess what the csr advised it was an error and could not give me the offer..i was so pissed at their lies and rudeness. later when I calmed down I called csr again to see if the prev rep made and error reading the notes, well this2nd csr didn't have an answer and offered to call back with explanation.. obviously 3 hrs later didn't hear back so when I called yet again the next csr told me there were "notes" on my file and a red flag.. all coz I called 3 times in the same day so they marked me as a "problem customer" to warn the next csr incase I called again (he said he didn't understand why I wasn't yelling and sounded sweet enough and also he agreed with me that they f'd up). anywho Guess what I did. I switched the hell out that very moment, wrote a nice long email to HQ and a day later their managers where calling me up to apologize and offer "better" deals. I gave them a good piece of my mind and said hell no u aint getting my business ever. and that's exactly what I did.. so I completely understand shontay and other ladies saying they wont be buying mac again..actions likes these just leave a bad bad taste

I would have gotten a BU I think of both RRB and Heaux if I had enough money, but you know I think it's good this way. Very excited to try them out and instead of BU's I'll get lippies from other brands like Nars. I believe a dupe for Heaux was Nars Scarlet Empress, maybe you can get that one? It looks like a beautiful colour!
The finish and colour of RRW are perfect for me and I love my reds! I hope I'll like the packaging as much as I think and if so then I'm happy to have my 2nd BU in special packaging! You'll love RRW too, what's not to love about it?!

This reminded me of Tuesday morning, sitting in my cube when one of my colleagues comes by to ask about something. I can only imagine what my faced looked like as it was 2-3 hours in, and I was still in the waiting room. In my head I'm yelling "go the f*uck away!" while he's rambling on about something I'd already answered less than a minute into the conversation. He was completely oblivious!
OMG! just died laughing reading thisI'm not even gonna attempt to explain why i bought as many as i did, cuz i don't have to justify anything to anyone but myself.
I wasn't spoiled too much, unfortunately, which sucks because I am an only child and was the only grandchild for a while but my family didn't play that. However, it took me a while to perfect the concept of sharing stuff. I share information like crazy but my stuff? Nah, only for a select few (my late mom, my grandmother, my little cousins when they act right and sometimes the live-in BF). I've loaned stuff like books, tote bags and phone chargers to "friends" and family only to never see them again. I learned quickly so my makeup was never even offered, LOL.yay! only children unite! it's so funny reading all these comments because that is exactly how i feel alot of the time. My parents spoiled me like crazy, but no so much anymore, lol. It's nice to know i'm not alone in my inability to share!
So my 3rd one was also cancelled! I called MAC on my way to work (stayed super calm, explained that i did indeed order prior to launch and i'm not upset about them cancelling those orders) and she explained the whole sku thing to me. She transferred me to the supervisor (Danielle) who told me they would reinstate my order and even try to have it expedited to me. I even went as far as creating a new account under a different email and ordered my lippies. We shall see if my orders get processed.So I've placed a total of 6 orders. 3 pre 3 post. All of my pre got cancelled. My 1st post shipped, my 2nd got cancelled and my 3rd (done at 6am bc my 2nd was cancelled) is pending. I'm just hoping my last one goes thru, even if my heaux comes in July.
