RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

Wow, so out of 5 orders placed after the official launch I now have 3 that are cancelled. I am really thinking I will end up with nothing.

I have 1 RiRi Woo with shipped with a tracking number, and 1 RiRi Boy and 1 Heaux that are backordered. I have my doubts about those backorders being filled. I really got screwed this time.

I got my back order notice for the reorder today. I'm just glad they took the pending status off.

Yeah, they said backordered and are now cancelled. I just give up. If I redo the order they will probably cancel the pending orders the way my luck is going.

If everything had sold out before I got a chance to buy that would be leagues better than dealing with the cancellations, backorders, and more cancellations.

Doesn't it look gorgeous on her. I love how they did just a simple kind of thick line, but the color is thinned out. It looks like thats all thats on her lid too. So chic

Sometimes, I rock it solo but I mostly use NYX's Y2K (Nightmoth clone, per CC) and love it!

They also cancelled my pre launch order and the money is still pending one my account I ordered post launch at 11:22 and got my things today So they are not really cancel orders

My RRW order is still showing as "In Process" -- after 8hrs it's usually "In Warehouse"... I shouldn't be worried though 'cause it's still available to purchase, right? I know the UK doesn't do back orders so surely it should be fine, lol.

I really think mac just sent out backorder notifications to ppl so they can have more time to cancel and figure stuff out. But i know some ppl will get shipping notifications this week or next week.

Thanks cocofierce. I definitely was going to try it with Nightmoth because I think it looks so nice with red lippies, especially for that slight ombre'd look.

I ordered Red Enriched Cremestick Liner to see how that looks with it too.

idiots. I hope no one is dumb enough to buy them when you can still get them on the site. This feels more like a pre order than a RELEASE.

now THERE'S an idea. mac should have like a ~VIB~ program that lets you preorder upcoming collections like 6months in advance so all their collector customers get what they want and they'res no sellouts or madness and they can't have their weak "we wont sell it out so we have to produce in limited quantities" excuse

Yeah!  That makes NO SENSE WHATSOEVER! If they want to cancel the pre-launch orders I guess they are justifying that (in a half ass, selective way) but the post launch orders being cancelled makes NO SENSE! You can STILL order the lipsticks off the site!  Unless they just plan on issuing a hell of a lot of cancellations on those orders too!  Seems like they are just letting people order so they can sell as many as they can since they are clearly planning on getting more by mid-July.  That gives them a month to have made as many lipsticks as orders placed on their website. So why cancel at all!? It would make more sense for them to just sell as many as possible... like a pre-sale... just like mentioned above!  DUH!  Cancelling is just pissing people off!  I wouldn't keep re-ordering if they kept cancelling MY orders!   TOO FUNNY!  What will that seller do if they cancel her order too!?  Hmmmmmm? 

I would not be happy with a cancellation nor a backordered! I want it now like everyone else!
