Riri boy went onto my lips like butter it was extremely soft. Then it dried but wasn't stiff. Loving it.

Ok I'll try to keep this short. Just got off the phone w Laura in CS at MAC. I called them since I hadn't heard back and my "48 hours" had passed. She was very nice! And VERY frustrated. She did not hesitate with multiple apologies, which honestly was so helpful in and of itself. She told me to give them 48 more hours to sort it out. She had a mile long spreadsheet she was referencing. She said they are basically trying to sort out what orders were damaged, cancelled, backordered, etc. She said they are dealing with people with damaged items first. Then they will address the BO's if they have any stock left over. So she said there may be a chance they can replace my damaged lipsticks, but I am waiting 48 more hours to find out.

Can you guys believe Heaux is selling on UK eBay for £150?!

It's a Buy It Now price! When I saw it earlier, there were 8 people watching it. WHY do people do that to themselves? It's just a lipstick ffs! It isn't worth the extra money! Sure, get a CP -- but if not, why pay such a ridiculous price?

my order was delivered I have to wait to go on break so I can run to pick them up lol I am totally on edge right now lol. I need to see these lippies in my own hands in order to relax!!

So, just got off the phone with the SAME cs lady I talked to the other day. Anyhow, they are calling me asap tomorrow morning. A gazzillion apologies, but she was super nice & understanding. We'll see

I hope they also don't cancel back orders to make up for the damaged stuff :( I'm hoping they're marked "sold out" to ensure stock...good luck on all the damaged lippies though everyone!

I think they should send some to stores and have people with the damaged lipsticks come in and exchange because you know there is going to be people trying to lie about a broken lipstick just to get another one....just sayin

My goods have arrived and now I'm impatiantly waiting to get off of work so I can rush home and play. I've been loving everyone's pictures. You all look gorgeous!!

I'd LOVE that option. And I'd happily send MAC back all my damaged crappy lipsticks.. I actually INSISTED on it today when speaking w the Supervisor! I told them to send me a shipping label because I wanted them to get a nice look at my heartbreak!

I hate that happened to u how can u be happy about the collection with broken lippies.mac needs to fix that for u and all others asap

They should, they're the ones who messed up...this is gonna sound bad but id settle for a broken heaux

Well, my Black Box should be waiting for me at home. My UPS guy treats my pkgs nicely, as does my USPS guy. Guess i'm lucky.

I hope i'm lucky and my RiRi Boy and my Heaux lipsticks and my Barbados Girl Lustre Drops are all in decent condition... I'd hate to have to enter the queue of ppl with damaged goods.

MAC really dropped the ball on this one.

Oh, yeah, and i am behind 1,100 msgs on this board!

Y'all have me terrified my CP'd Heaux & RRB are gonna arrive broken. I won't even be able to complain as it won't be my MAC to complain to!

It's a nice idea BUT I don't trust stores to solely use them in swaps. Make us send the damaged lippies in (MAC covering the shipping of course). I have no issue with that at all. Besides...if they were to send lippies to stores what happens to those of us that have damaged lippies but no actual MAC store in our cities? I'd have to go 100 miles for a true MAC store. The only thing I have here is one MAC counter in Dillards lol.
