You should call Paypal! I called then yesterday and this morning the funds were no longer pending on my bank account.I had to call customer service today as well because they still have my money on hold in my Paypal account from my cancelled order.I asked to speak to a supervisor & I was told it's gonna take about 2-3 days for someone to get back to me. A mess indeed.....
EXACTLY what I told the MAC Supervisor. I WANTED her to let me send them back. They really do need to look at the state of these lipsticks and get to the bottom of what happened so that they can attempt to prevent it in the future. There is definitely a quality control blunder going on somewhere w these lipsticks. Not just outside temperatures.
Hopefully your CP will have checked them out before sending them to you. That way if they are damaged, they can fix the situation on their end instead of you just being stuck. Seems like you have just as good a chance of getting them perfectly. It seems about 50/50 at this point! Maybe you'll end up on the lucky end of the RiRi Collection! Fingers crossed for you sweetie!
Wish my area was as lucky. Mind you...we're not a small town. We're not Atlanta but technically...Atlanta isn't Atlanta (what most people consider Atlanta really isn't...the actual city of Atlanta is small...it's the metropolitan area combined that gives it the impression of being big lol).
I line in a pretty large metro and there is only 1 MAC free standing store, like an hour away....it blows my mind really! Well one of my orders came in...the lipsticks weren't cracked but I did have that white filmy residue...and riri boy was incredibly hard to turn up... I thought for sure I was going to brake it...now to see what mac does about my cancelled order...
That may not always work. I first called MAC, and just like last time, the rep had to forward the request to whichever team is responsible for contacting PayPal. Then I called PayPal and was told they couldn't release the holds until MAC actively cancels them, or 30 days have passed without further action to collect funds, whichever comes first. So now I'm playing the waiting game again. I will call back on Thursday if the holds haven't dropped yet.You should call Paypal! If they're in tact, I'd say you're lucky and to just let it be.
I think sometimes the size of it is different because whenever I would buy two of the same lipstick and they are never exactly the same size. One is sometimes taller than the other. I still have Heartless from the VV collection & after using it a dozen times, it's still taller than the rest of my MAC lippies, even the new ones.
Whenever I have to stalk anything, he stays up with me on Skype and we're stalking together! lol.
