RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

I thought people were complaining or questioning if the summer release would have a PRO discount, not if it would be special packaging. We did know that fall and holiday would have special packaging a bit before RRW first came out, that I'm almost positive of.

Yeah, i don't think one single person complained that there wasn't special packaging. :dunno:

at this point i don't even care about the packaging...at the end of the day (hate that phrase), i just want what's inside...haha

I don't like the packaging one bit, but it isn't going to keep me from buying a few things. I'm just going to try and de-pot what I can and enjoy my new items.

I like the packaging except for the stupid R. Lol. I just like shiny things and I like rose gold, haha. So I'll still be buying two of the lip sticks (riri woo & talk that talk), hk (cause i want the compact), and the blush. Depending on swatches I might get the nude lipstick too but usually nudes look horrible on me so not sure about that.

Great haul. I'm still undecided right now. I am interested in the lippies minus RiRi Woo since I already have it, might skip the blushes, quads and lipliners. I am holding off for Punk Couture and DIvine Nights and whatever else may be coming our way. Also, I'm curious about the CoverGirl Catching Fire collection. I want to see if anything peeks my interest in that.

I agree! The packaging is not to the best but I am more interested in the product itself.

Honestly!
I've been avoiding this particular thread because i'm so tired of reading pages and pages of complaints.

I honestly dont see a problem with the packaging. everyone complained about the summer collection NOT having special packaging, now everyone has a problem with HER signature and logo on HER packaging. honestly, its not a piece of clothing you have to wear. I cannot wait for the collection. but I'm wondering how close Talk That Talk will be to smoked purple or even sin. and nude kind of looks like honey love.. nonetheless.. I'm excited.

i don't remember complaints about the summer riri besides the messed up lipsticks and the waiting room delayed and o yea how mac took people money and didnt give any products yea u right but complaints were understandable

So I'm hearing that there will be a blush released with this collection? I am totally eyeing the CCB And TTT lipstick. And if there is a blush, I wonder what color it is! I've been obsessing over blushes lately.

That's a good way to look at it. Not to be another voice of complaint, but I think one of the big reasons people are disappointed is because they were really looking forward to the products. I for one, was hoping to get riri woo in really nice packaging, because its so similar to ruby woo. I think a lot of people were just hoping for better.
