RiRi Hearts MAC Fall Collection (October 3, 2013)

Doesn't Karen usually grade things? We have a 68% from Beautezine, F from T and no grade from Karen. Damn!

I've seen her give grades, but I can't recall if she's done it lately. Honestly, it wouldn't even matter. I take what she says with a grain of salt. Love her blog and personality, but I can't remember the last time she gave a bad grade. Even things that I know are bad or just look bad on her blog, she always finds a silver lining. I can't get much from that. The nude lipstick looks good on Karen. Kinda reminds me of cement, but I like it. Ha.

I'm not too crazy about the special packaging and decided I better order now in the regular packaging so I have one less lippy to depot from it's little vibrator looking tube. lol

I think she used to grade honestly I like Karen swatches the best between her and t swatches I always be unsure until I see Karen swatches

After seeing the swatches I am disappointed with TTT!

I just KNEW that was the only lippie I wanted.

Now my list is:

RRW l/s (as a BU, and I am a sucker for LE packaging.)

WTC l/s (maybe? It looks great on T and Karen.)

Diamonds CCB

AND possibly BGGG blush.

After checking all the reviews and the shadows I got, I think I’m going to skip the ‘her cocoa’ quad... is pretty but i’ve similar shadows... So in my list so far ...the blush, nude lipstick and RRW ^^

I'm dissapointed in TTT, both the l/s and l/l. I might only get another RRW BU, but that might change when I swatch for myself in store.

I am so torn over TTT l/s and l/l now, the swatches are horrible and not much good has been said about them. But knowing me, I'll panic and but them when they launch online and just hope for the best. lol

I'm excited about the launch though and hope to get my hands on a few things with not too much drama. So excited I've been wearing RiRi Woo almost everyday.

I still want the nude (maybe) but I am not going into super stalker mode or killing anybody to get it. Again, somewhat interested in the blush BGGG and Diamonds CCB but not if I have to stalk, lose sleep, or pay inflated prices. MAC needs to make this easy, or I will find dupes or pass to the next collection. I am sure there are die-hard RiRi fans that will do the crazy things necessary to get these items, but I am not one of them. I am usually a special packaging h00r but I am not feeling this packaging. I just got a sample of Benefit Sunbeam and I think that will satisfy my craving for the CCB, because I think it is similar. Blush, I have a feeling dupes won't be hard to find. Nude, maybe I will pass and just try to get a back up of Hot Chocolate. TTT I think from T's swatch gallery I will just stick with the Glamour Daze dupe, which I have and love, I could not tell the difference on her lips and the application of the GD one looks more smooth. (I can't recall the name of the dupe ATM, guess I need more caffeine, but it is the deep plum one from Glamour Daze, which I did like the packaging for, BTW, no tacky R! or cheap azz roze gold!!!) I have Vino, don't feel the need for TTT liner. More for you ladies, enjoy and I hope everyone is able to get what they desire.

Agreed. And when since when did two A- and two F grades equal an overall F? Last time i was in school that averaged a C. Still a passing grade but just barely. Again, proof that bloggers grades mean nothing.

I know I won't be getting TTT liner based on how it looked on T. It looked horrible and patchy I'm not sure about the lipstick; it was the one thing I was looking forward too! I need to see more swatches to see if it's really worth all the work needed when applying. I'm quite surprised that the blush and highlighter have made their way to my list when I wasn't even considering them -.-

I just picked up Black Metal Dahlia last weekend plus not too blown away by TTT so I'll probably skip. On the flip, the nude was never in the running and now it's a must have for me.
