Don't feel dumb! I would be right in front of the door if I was you. you never know you could be dealing with a counter that has limited stock and you could be the first to get everything you want.

It's crazy how I hear about ques at the mac stores before opening. The only time I've ever seen my local mac busy with a lot of people in is around Christmas. I was the first at my local mac store this morning at 9:30 and I didn't leave the store till 10.00 and through that 20 minutes it was only me and some other girl but there's also another mac store 5 minutes away from the one I always go to so if anything fails I go to that one which I've never had to haha!

damn! that's exactly why i didnt go down there, i work uptown. but i did manage to get a phone order in and they're mailing it to me. The struggle is real! lol i got TTT, Nude, the gigablack lash mascara, and a Stud Eyebrows pencil because i was out

I just walked out of Macys feeling Good! I was the first one to get to the counter. I always use one particular side entrance. I got there at 9 and no one was waiting I just shrugged and kept waiting they opened the door I was at a couple of minutes before 10:00 I walked right up to counter and the MA was like you're the first one here. While she was getting my things a big group of people came in. I found out they were at the main entrance waiting apparently they opened the door I was at (alone) first Lucky me I was in and out with everything I wanted in less than 10 minutes! I got another TTT, Nude, TTT ll, Hk and a pair of #35 lashes
