I have officially decided to resist the Ambient Lighting Palette. I'm afraid only one color will work well for me. I'm kind of sad as Hourglass items are so elegant.

Maybe there will be a second palette with more suitable colors later. I wish Diffused or Ethereal had been included with this one.

If a WOC post pics in all the shades of the palette looking amazing I'm sure I could be swayed. Right now I really can't get Laura Mercier's Spellbound out of my mind. It was such a surprise. That brand doesn't usually draw me in.

I've seen swatches of Spellbound and I'm so tempted! This collection from LM also surprised me. I really wanted Bewitched nailpolish but I never managed to get my hands on it.

Btw there is new 500point reward at sephora: Thierry Mugler Angel set =)  Anybody tried the scent?

The first time I tried it many many years ago I hated it. But I like it now and hope to buy it. It's not for the faint of heart AT ALL. It's very strong and in your faces with patchouli and chocolate notes. The kind of scent that you can spritz lightly on once and it's there all day. Mess around and spray too much and you will piss off everyone around you and probably give yourself a headache. Lol But even with all of that said I do like it. A little goes a long way

AUUGHHH And I totally forgot to use ebates/mrrebates when I placed my Sephora order!! I am always forgetting. :-/ Any tricks to remind yourself?? Oh well.

I forgot to use it also. I contacted their customer service to see if I could still get it applied. They said no because they don't get any credit if you don't go through their website and click the link.

I know the Stila website is doing a sale where it's up to 80% off on over 50 products now that ends tomorrow. But I'm not sure about a F&F sale.

Does anyone think the NARS ONS blush palette will be worth it for someone with NC45 skin? I don't own any NARS blushes and thought this would be a nice introduction, but I'm worried the colors won't show up well on my skintone, or they'll all look the same. Thoughts?

I dont think you will have a problem with it. Not sure about Laguna but everything else should work.

Thanks. I think I'm going to wait until it's in Sephora stores to go swatch it and see. I don't want to waste $65 and not like it on myself, you know?

I just got my Hourglass palette and it is scratched up (which I'm okay with), but it too looks like it's been swatched and I could tell where the tape was removed and put back on again!! WTH!!! I'm so mad, but idk if it's worth it to call Sephora and complain because I feel like I'll just get another swatched palette!

At the very least, maybe they'll refund you and you could go look in a local Sephora store for an unswatched one? That would make me so angry. I don't understand why this particular product has been singled out for this many problems

I could, but I probably won't. I just don't have the energy. I'm attaching some pics, I hope you guys can see what I'm talking about and maybe see if they're actual swatch marks or just production issues. Radiant light looks untouched, but Dim and Incandescent look iffy.
