funny, it seems they changed the promo rules cos when I tried to add blitz it said: Sorry, the promotion is no longer valid since you have already redeemed with a previous order.
kinda bummed you cant try different versions of it (hmm seems just the radiance is available and thats exactly the one i got, so i guess thats why)

btw anybody got the suspense promo? what was inside?

Honestly, over the last 6 weeks that I've tried to resolve the problem, they did give me goodie bags filled with deluxe samples and lots of extra BI points and gave me the Dior 500 point reward without actually taking the points. I'm annoyed but satisfied. Now I just want my VIB Rouge tote bag and red lipstick. You're definitely a goodwill ambassador for Sephora. You're always so helpful.

Oh well, maybe it will come tomorrow or I will get an email by then. I know things don't sell out like crazy the first day of these coupons (not like they do with the VIB sale), but I'm off from work the next couple of days and it sure would be nice to be able to use it sooner rather than later.

I did. I wasn't planning on it but they restocked the hello kitty eyeshadow sticks, so I placed a small order with some the 5$ sugar's to give as gifts. I don't have it in yet though (didn't order until yesterday) so will let you know.

I am VIB and still haven't received jack. I called them last night and there wasn't a whole lot they told me. They confirmed my personal info and told me that everything looked good and to just be on the lookout. Why can't they just automatically add these things to their app, for example, like they do with your Sephora card?

I'm giving them until my mail comes tomorrow afternoon, and if I don't have a coupon in my hand or in my email by then, they will be hearing from me! I don't mean to sound ungrateful that they're sending out coupons or anything...I'm excited, as always, to get it. I just feel like they need to find a better method of distribution so that everyone gets them closer to the same time, and I definitely think they need to send them out sooner. People have really busy lives, and especially for anyone who wants to use their coupon in store, it can be tough to fit in a trip to Sephora when you only get the coupon the day you can start using it. I know it's good for 10 days or something like that, but still. Just my

Wouldn't your mom have to be a VIB? Only 1 coupon per account I believe. Do you think the coupon is attached to your account? I thoight about giving mine away but didn't want to be accused of anything.

That's a good question! She is a BI but I'm not sure if she's a VIB or not. I'm going to try to find out how it works. I really don't want to waste it.

No email yet today. Snail mail should be here in another hour or two. We'll see what happens. I'm fascinated that originally Sephora said (on their Facebook page) to contact them if you haven't received your coupon by 12/4 (today), but now when people are posting on Sephora's wall that they still haven't received it, Sephora is saying to contact them if you don't receive it by tomorrow. What is with all of these cosmetics retailers dropping the ball lately with everything??? I know it's nothing new, but I really feel like it's happening much more frequently now across the board.

I had set aside some money for this coupon but I just spent that money on an Ulta order since I ran out of my shampoo... Of course this resulted in me ordering a few Maybelline color tattoos since those are BOGO 50% as well as at least 10 nyx jumbo eye pencils which are also BOGO 50%........ I guess my Sephora purchase will have to wait until my sale thread and Instagram sale posts get some more love lol. *takes seat* -.-
