MAC Magnetic Nude Collection (December 26, 2013)

I JUST recently started getting into blush. I'm an NC 40 and I would really appreciate it some recommendations. I wear 99% of time neutrals only with bold lips or nuded out, regular pinks, etc lip colors. I got Superb from this collection and a NARS blush in the color Torrid. I think peachy/orange/coral blushes would look on me right? I really hope so.

Those colours would look great on you, among others! For MAC colours, as that's what I know and am trained on, I'd suggest: Peachtwist (soft, shimmery everyday peach) Sunbasque Devil Salsarose Burnt Pepper Coppertone Style Pinch Me (great matte everyday pinky coral) Melba Gingerly Rhubarb (for those bold hot pink lips!) Do you have any of the nude lippies from Nudes & Metallics by any chance? If SS is anything like Restrained I might have to get it, as I adore Restrained. I'm starting to wish I never picked up NARS Last Tango. It would have made it so much easier for me to justify buying Sensual Sparks.

I started wearing blush a little over a year ago. I still buff out the colour more than I should, so I feel bad about not doing justice to the gorgeous blushes I accummulated over the past year.

Does anyone know how Nordies works if something is not in stock? I ordered Magnetic Appeal yesterday but have not yet received an email from them. Im wondering if its still in stock at Nordies or if I should go to the store tomorrow to pick it up.

In my experience, if they have no stock they send you an email letting you know your order was cancelled. If you pick up at the store & end up with two, you can always return/exchange one with no hassles - they have a good return policy. Good luck!

Thanks beautylover! Only thing is that I would have to go to Macy's tomorrow. Unfortunately there isnt a Nords close to me =( But youre right..i can always send it back to Nords since they offer free returns.

I'm just getting into blushes too, and I REALLY like Nars Taos. It's a dusty coral rose shade and is super flattering on me! Torrid is actually next on my list.

idk why its not letting me quote but no i don't have any from the nude and metallics collection unfortunately. and i wanted Nars last tango but i missed out on that but i think I'm satisfied with sensual sparks… for now. lol

as for blush. count me in as a blush whore. I love me some pink blush. the only blushes i have in my collection now are either pink, or a neutral browny or neutral pinky type of blush. (except for Darkly My Dear which is like a plummy brown) but i love loud blushes even though my bf thinks it makes me look like i have too much makeup on even though i only have black eyeliner and not even lipstick or foundation on. just the loud blush.
