It must be different regions. The next closest location is 90mins away, so no way to borrow people.

Oh i did, believe you me! I go into that counter as a customer and i just wanna cringe at how the girls that work there now act as "artists" towards customers. It's not about being an artist to them. It's about the name, about working for MAC. And the customers. It's definitely eyeopening to be on the other side of counter, that's for sure!

I ordered from Macy's. My PC order still says processing for shipment for 12/27/13. I will see what the end result will be. Plus Macys has already auth my card for payment. I also ordered Exclusive Event. It initially had a shipping date of 12/30/13, but was shipped on the 24th. I'm having the same dilemma as to whether I need to stalk the site.

I agree to an extent, but I've had some not so nice experiences in the store in my hometown. Not all of the girls, but the majority. Good service in that store was the exception, unfortunately. When I did get good service, I would always send an email to MAC Corporate :)

I'm about to pass out too. Luckily I'm off tomorrow (Canadian holiday FTW!), but I'll have my alarm beeping every 30-60 minutes lol.

Welp. I'm STILL waiting but I'm truly getting annoyed because being so sick, I have no intentions on leaving the house tomorrow to go to the counter. Ughhhh!

Sorry to hear that a nice experience at your store was a rarity! That's great that you sent emails to corporate when you did have one, though. I bet corporate appreciated it too, since I'm sure people tend to contact them only when they're upset about something rather than when they have a good experience. Sounds like the girls at your store need a crash course in customer service and a reality check on their attitudes!

Wish I was off tomorrow!!!! *whine*

My order was shipped. (Then again, I ordered very early in the morning.) Call tomorrow and check on the status.

We're only "lucky" to have Dillard's stores 35-40 miles away in Auburn and in Newnan that they can do that with. Other than that we don't have an actual MAC store for 90+ miles so....I don't know if it's all that lucky after all lol

Kind of want to just say f*ck it and go to sleep, but at this point I've deprived myself of so much sleep, I'm gonna be even more upset about that if it was all for nothing.

I'm trying to stay up for one more hour and then it's night time. I gotta be at work at 7am to tomorrow. I don't understand why mac can't just say what exact time a collection is coming out. But whatever

Do any of you think it will launch at 12:00am PST which is 3:00am EST? If I remember correctly with the release of the 2013 Fashion Sets that was around the time it was released.

I'm not going to bed!! I'm off until Jan 6th, so I have no work. Plus I'm also waiting to see if Lush Uk has their BOGO for Boxing Day and if they do I don't know what time it starts. I know the US site starts at 6AM. So I have some episodes of Sons of Anarchy to catch up on, i'm on page 163 of this tread, so that will keep me busy. It's only 9:30 pm here, so I should be up another 4 or 5 hours.
