A quick question - does anyone have HC and MUFE 50? I'd love to hear your thoughts on how they compare. I skipped HC but seeing how fabulous it looks on everyone I'm wondering if I should have got it after all.

You prefer HC over the MUFE I take it? The MUFE floral smell can be a bit too much sometimes

I do prefer the HC to MUFE. That floral smell is overwhelming.

While the PBLC is clearly much more pigmented (and lasts OMG forever when wearing,) I prefer to use it as a mixer and wear HC - HC is vanilla, not mint, and in a more friendly shape for application (bullet vs chapstick tube.)

The chapstick tube's non bueno though. I prefer a regular bullet with darker colours. I'm willing to make an exception for Faithfully Yours PLW l/s but that's where it stops.

I really wonder what the hell is up with that Goodbyes list. My beloved P&P Vibrancy Eye is on there, which makes no sense to me. I was at a counter today (not my usual store) and asked the MA if she could check and see if her system still lets her re-stock it and it does. I wonder if it's going to be something like what went on with Stone lip liner, where it wasn't available on the website for quite a while, but you could always get it in free-standing stores. The MA wondered if they'd just put it in the Goodbyes section to encourage people to buy it.

It's not like MAC has another eye primer that does as much as Vibrancy Eye. I hope I don't have to buy 10 bottles of it.

There are a lot of really nice Pro Longwear Lipcremes - they're actually kind of more in fashion now than they were when they came out - lots of dark colors and colors with brown undertones. Til Tomorrow is one of my favorite mauves!

I TOTALLY want to try that color ! I swatched it in store and thought it was so nice. It's what made me think maybe I should have gotten BGRR after all

Yeah, I have to apply with a brush to get a nice application off of the PBLC as a full-lip color and that much black pigment is a PITA to get out of a brush. I feel like I must be the only person that wants to smell something other than her face/makeup.

I'm going to be a little cranky if they stick around, I prioritized Extended Play over a few other things I really wanted this season because it's on the way out and I didn't want to miss it. It sure seems like they're getting rid of a lot of colors of the Pro Longwear Lipcremes but I have to admit that when I see MAC lipstick collection photos, I usually don't see them in the mix. Maybe they're something people pass up because they figure it will always be there?

I am LOVING Instigator! I've read mixed thoughts on the finish of this lipstick -- some say it's drying, while some say its not completely matte on the lips. I would agree on the latter -- nonetheless, it's a beautiful color lined with Nightmoth.

I had a hard time getting a good photo of the color as it looked to me, so here's Studded Kiss in indirect (car, of course) natural sunlight and true-white indoor light: The truth, to my eye, is somewhere halfway between these photos. Just was on the MAC website. They've restocked Punk Couture lipsticks. All of them are available except Hautecore. I missed buying them because they sold out quickly. Go grab them before they're sold out again!

I was real tempted too, but abstained. I have so many lippies and even with as much as I love the PC lippies they are not every day and will probably last me a good while.

They are everyday lippies for me. I love dark lips and I really love purple lips! I have two of each and even though I have been wearing them almost non-stop since Christmas, I think I'm good.
