I was looking at my tube of lipstick and it didn't even look like the same color I've seen on blogs. I was wondering if I got a bad batch or something? Very strange. Boo

I can't believe how big companies like Chanel have reliability issues with their websites.
There was some problem with Selfridges last year. Suqqu quads could be seen online but if you would like to buy them it was giving an error.
I wrote to customer services and they solved the issue.
Maybe we should write to Chanel CS?

I have written like 22 emails, and many here have too.. it does not work with Chanel. It's no better on the phone. Good luck tho!

I have e-mailed and called about this web site issue so many times over the last few days that I am sure they have my name pinned up on a "pain in the butt customers" board somewhere. And sadly Monsy has summed it up quite perfectly. The best is when you manage to order and even get a confirmation e-mail......just to have your order cancelled later in the day or the morning after. Sometimes you even get a box with just the samples you chose during checkout....I am expecting one of those tomorrow.

The last swatch of Fleurie in this post looks exactly like the ls - only lighter b/c I apply it softly.

I think Liz is an attractive girl.. with very sad droopy eyes and just about every colour she puts on her lips always looks the same to me. jmho.

Oh that's a shame. I've never had money problems with them. Occasional infuriating glitches aside, I prefer ordering from them because of the super fast shipping and samples, but I wish they'd participate with Ebates.

I would love to see "Amy" show a lipstick instead of her 20 something daughter... it's more credible for a mature woman to see other mature women use a product imo. It's like fashion.. when you see a 15 year old model, would you seriously want to wear what she wears -- or wear it the same way.
