I played with the VLA's in Nordstroms today. I don't have a shade in that foundation just like I thought. The lightest one is too light and entirely too pink. That foundation also has a slightly thicker consistency than PLV.

i dont have PLV but i do suspect from reviews that VLA has more coverage.

That's what it seemed like when I swatched it. VLA is seems much more lightweight and I know from using it that it doesn't cover much at all. Just evens things out.

:lol: Oh, no! I'm not trying to buy another foundation myself. I was pretty sure i didn't have a match there because I've been hoarding Chanel for awhile and had already thought about looking into their foundations. I remember someone asked me about a comparison between the 2, though and that's why I looked. Man, that darkest VLA isn't even close to being a match.
