MAC Sharon and Kelly Osbourne Collection (June 5, 2014)

Lol. I'm not that hardcore, whatever I can't get from MAC, Nordies usually has it within the next few days. I feel like people forget about it. I finalized my list to be Both blushes KYY Both Quads Maybe both MSFs...not sure on those

Yeah nordstroms is usually the Monday during the week of the in store release. The lippies are definitely gonna be the first to go so I wouldn't worry that much since you only have one on your list!! I want all of them :heart2: still haven't completely finalized my list lol

The only time I had a problem getting a product was with the riri fall lipsticks but that's a whole other story lol

Wasn't really interested too much in this collection ..but after seeing all the swatches I have a new list to fulfill *geez this never ends a vicious attack on my money,thanks MAC!!* •Sharon's Peaches &cream is a definite must getting it no matter what yeaaaa+ Kelly's RH and probz DG oh &Sharons quad I really want it so wearable.*This may change hmm hopefully I can talk myself out of any more MAC spending for a while,I mean it's not like I need any more make up like seriously c'mon.*Trying to be logical but it's hard when I don't believe a word of my own shit lol

[COLOR=000000]I have Cranberry Lip Pencil from many many years ago![/COLOR] :bigheart: [COLOR=000000] As long as MAC has not changed the formula or colour since it was discontinued then my swatches should be accurate. From what I’ve seen of T’s & Karen’s swatches of Sharon’s Cranberry & my original, they look identical![/COLOR]

[COLOR=000000]I also did a comparison of Cranberry with the most similar lip pencil from my collection which was ‘In Anticipation’ Pro Longwear Lip Pencil which is on the mainline. They are similar overall although they have differences, which in my opinion warrants having both[/COLOR] :haha:
 

• In Anticipation has silver microshimmer, Cranberry is matte & I prefer a matte finish.

• In Anticipation is much more pink & almost raspberry coloured, while Cranberry is more muted & like a dusky rose.

• In Anticipation is much creamier & smoother to apply, however that’s due to its PLW formula and Cranberry’s Formula is typical of MAC Lip Pencil, a bit drier when applying but very long wearing. My Cranberry pencil applies very evenly, no patchiness, very opaque & doesn’t dry out the lips, well not my lips anyway.

I know like my guy cannot for the life of him figure out why I have some many of the same color lippies. He is always reminding me that there are only so many pink colored lippies that they can make. He just does not get that they can have different finishes and undertones.

Maybe instead of returning it to MAC maybe sell it to somebody that sadly missed out. Doesn't mean you have to sell it at a obnoxious price but just to get your money back that's what I would do I dunno. ️
