I just called cs & my order will not be here until monday. Not 2 day shipping. I thought Fedex did not deliver on Mondays. I told this cs lady that the lady yesterday flat out lied to me & that Nars has terrible service & a crappy dysfunctional website

They create files for you everywhere you shop. Love it! But NARS, not loving their service. I wish I had just waited for Barneys.

Oh No enabling lol! But these are really nice, so def give them a go when F&F is around!!
Well I have this insane OCD need to have them in sets of 4 so that I can arrange then neatly displaying the "NARS lettering". I really like and want only 7 of these.

For real this time NEVER AGAIN! They apologized and blame technical issues but come on already. Oh and I can't request a refund on my shipping until my order arrives. I'm sure I have some "notes" in my file too.

Thats terrible. I felt that too one I placed my ordered - I was so nervous it was going to get messed up. Unless its something that I absolutely cannot get anywhere else - never again.
I cannot believe that they couldn't at least refund your shipping!

It's so...interesting that I got my items on time but was charged triple price while others seem to have been charged correctly but have to wait double the time. OK, Nars. :crazy:

I used to hate Up the Amp because i always thought it should have been less pink when i saw peoples swatches before getting it. (Most likely a camera/lighting issue that made it look less pink yrs ago) so i was just being mean to it lol. Then i ended up just liking it for what it was. But Dominique is exactly what i had hoped up the amp was before lmao so win for me!!!
