RHPS pretty much all sold out within just a few minutes online in the UK

UK release was a bloodbath. 10 items sold out in 10 minutes. FNF lasted no more than 2 minutes from launch, and the Sculpt Duo, CI, and SJ were all gone in 3 minutes. And quelle surprise, Crazed Imagination was listed as a Sheertone Shimmer.

I like to think they changed it due to my Facebook rant about it being labeled wrong. I could be (and probably am) wrong, but I'm feeling victorious about it so I'm going to keep on believing I made a difference with my rant. LOL

I think I did - I've got an order confirmation for FnF and BF, which is all I wanted, but I was overcharged for BF and the online team are looking into it. I don't see why they couldn't just do a simple adjustment and refund you the difference.

Doesnt surprise me one bit. It was the same here in the US. I have this thing called a "job" and I cant exactly sit at the computer all day refreshing my page waiting for a collection to be released so its frustrating when I find the time to make a purchase that all the items are sold out. Does MAC realize they are potentially losing customers?

Well I was only gonna get Frank-n-furter and it has been "sold out" since it was put online, so I dont think they had any to begin with. Basically Im shit out of luck

That's awesome. I just checked their website and the items I wanted are still available. Ohhhh, if only I had friends in Denmark or Sweden
The only friends in Europe I have are in France, UK and Spain and already its sold out there!

They dont sell out that quick in sweden and denmark, usuallt it takes a few hours. So either they had like 2 or they had none, Ill guess none
