My very first set came from Nordstroms..........mostly all powder I called them & they immediately sent me out a replacement. I complained about the lack of adequate protective inner packaging. They said they would deal with that, but obviously not. Sad

Thanks ladies I contacted nordstrom and they are sending me a replacement, and I will return the one I have.

Nordstrom has outstanding customer service. With how much they cost, you should exchange them if you're not 100% satisfied. I don't think Nordie's will give you any hassle at all.

Mine came packaged like that too! The lone piece of packing paper wasn't even all the way around the balls, just kinda pushed in at the back. hboy:

:agree:  @tchristi , if you're unhappy in the condition they arrived in, return them. Those little balls cost way too much money to have them arrive in a state other than pristine.

I agree when I receive my samples they are always in the most padded packaging. Sometimes I can't even find them unless I unravel all the paper. Most of the time my samples arrive separately.

Now that I wear Meteorites every day, I find that i'm never reaching for my highlighters because I have enough glow already. Does anyone else find both too much?

I still do both as well! Just a light dusting of meteorites and more of my highlighter just on cheekbones and cupid's bow. Then again, I'm a highlighter addict hehe

Oh I totally do both!!!! Different products and different glow, and location of glow.

I've done both and liked how it looked having the high planes of my face more highlighted than the rest of my face in different ways.

I do both as well. Highlighter on the high planes of my face, and then I lightly dust balls all over

Thanks, all. It must just be me then, or else I have a slightly heavier hand with the pearls. It probably doesn't help that I only use highlighter with a very light hand so anything more intense feels too much.

I placed my order on ebay on Oct 17th, and they were in my hands the 30th! I can't remember what day they actually shipped, though.
