Oooh no, that is the worst. :( I have never tried their sheer glow foundation! Weirdly, Sephora's 10Hr wear stuff is my current go-to foundation. Their shade 05 clair is a perrrrfect match! Best match for my fair skin I have ever found. It stays amazingly with primer and setting spray all day. I'm on campus usually 8-12 hours and it holds up way better than other higher end foundations I've used. (I'm looking at you, UD.) Plus, it's rather cheap ($20) and lasts me a long time too! Though, I have been curious to try MUFE's hd formula. They do have some light shades, too.

Oh nice! I was not a fan of HD at all! It looked like an oil slick on my oily/combination skin. I so wanted to love it but just hated it. Im currently testing out their Mat velvet+, Don't know how I feel about it yet.
I just feel like the only thing that lasts nicely on me are bb creams.

Those are Awesome picks!

Chanel is my crack

I'm not sure why this made me giggle---I wasn't thinking drugs

Anyway, I wore Chanel Rouge Allure Luminous Intense, Foudroyante (Pearlescent Choc) 148,
lipstick, Rouge Allure Colour & Shine Audace 20 (Mauve-brown) gloss and Exception (Red-brown) 639 nail polish this weekend. Talk about a trifecta of beauty &
sophistication. They are so, so pretty and play so well together. The newly reformulated gloss is great--it feels sticky for a sec and then dries to an amazingly soft,
non-sticky deeply pigmented gloss! Home run Chanel, home run!!!

I also picked up Rouge Allure Luminous Intense,Êlégante (Deep Burgundy)149 & Rouge Allure Colour & Shine, Distinction 21 (Deep Violet) and I'm eager to try those
too.

(Can't find and emoji for covering my eyes about those new chanel glosses) I keep eyeing the beautiful red gloss each time I walk by, but have yet to try it out or pull the trigger! I need to wait until christmas money comes, luckily they're perm.

Interesting! Good to know! I don't know why I haven't tried HD yet. It seems to get glowing reviews everywhere. I feel like I shall go into sephora and ask for a few samples. I get nervous deviating from my usual, but I'm almost out of my current foundation and am curious to try something new. If I would have never tried something new to begin with, I would have never found my current HG foundation! Worth a shot! :)

I've been so out of the loop on Chanel but I remembered those glosses last night and googled for swatches. Of course, I'm eyeing the lighter colors. I see an orange/coral there, but don't have a good idea of how pigmented it is. I have to sneak to a counter soon, swatch and run before some pushy salesperson makes me her prey. I have to decide on my own.

I just looked at my brush and it's #57. It's great for whatever you use under your eyes. I use a Bobbi Brown eye brightener and that brush blends flawlessly. I use that more than the beauty blender. Easier to clean, too.
I need to check this brush out too Shontay!!!!

Oh no! I will let you know when I try it. I'm new to Anastasia shadows.

love this brush. I have a grey and black handle. Black handle is much better. I should pick up another.

Now that I'm using other things, and went back to my Nars TM, I'm realizing it is no longer a favorite.

I was in the mood for dark colors when I got those but you know I'll be looking for some orange/coral ones too!!

the colors are really sheer on me, I'm going to try it with my Nars Primer, I know with that I'll love it.  Good idea.  love this brush. I didn't even know it came in a gray handle. I've tried some gray handle Sephora brushes and I wasn't impressed. One day I took a chance on a black handle face brush b/c it was a rare time I let a MUA touch my face and she used one of the blush brushes on me. The black handles are way better quality. I like them more than Mac, actually. I went months wearing that Nars TM. Then, I went back to MUFE and back to Nars the next day and thought wth. Guess I was just desperately wanting a Nars foundation since sheer glow was a total miss for me.

I'm not a gloss person per sé but I'm so loving this new formula----and the packaging, allowing just the right amount of product to be dispensed.

My order from the 9th seems to be stuck in permanent "sent to warehouse" status ... they can't cancel it then, right? Like it'll definitely get to me?

And a whole bunch of stuff arrived - hourglass blush palette, sephora faves fragrance sampler, a givenchy lipstick, the kat von d lipstick set among other things. I'm actually really impressed with how much product is inside the little KVD lipsticks, hopefully they apply nicer than the full sized ones.

Also, does anyone know if the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is any good?

Can you put it back together with alcohol? I dropped one of favourite highlighters some time back and found a way to fix it by mixing alcohol in until in became a paste and leaving it overnight to dry. All the alcohol evaporated out and my highlighter is back in action!

Ugh I wish but it was crumbled all over my floor into microscopic pieces. And gathering it up and pressing to back together would've probably included dust, chip crumbs, etc lol. maybe if i had a friggen inch of spare room on my desk/"vanity" i wouldn't drop stuff on a daily basis ha.

The gray handle is what they had before they changed it to the black handles....

Damn sorry to hear.

Hey Shontay, did you try the Sephora smokey eye brush? How do you like it?

What other ardency inn shades are a must have?
