Why doesn't sephora update Rouge clients? I had no idea these were out... wth...

I wonder if they have the same scent as their lip stains, I can't deal with that
They look kinda odd to me too , oily? LOL !! I might have got one for science purposes if I hadnt used my GC already haha!! Now i will wait for some reviews!!
They don't feel oily at all! I got to try one at a Sephora Beauty University event several weeks ago and my first impression of these were that it's great for a nice hint of color on my pigmented lips and the formula is very moisturizing. The color deepens a bit, too, which I really liked!

I haven't seen it at the store, it's the NARSissist Cheek Palette, and it's not even on the website anymore. I emailed NARS CS asking them to help me haha!!!
Oh the trio? Why don't you get the Virtual domination one? It comes with orgasm and Laguna and final cut which is AMAZING!!!

I've only used one of my stains, and I liked it, but I may like the tint-in-oils better. They feel even more moisturizing!


I saw that! I've been checking the website almost every day since Monday! Finally got my gift card via email so I used it to order two last night!

Well, that is good to know. My lips are very pigmented & I was afraid they might just disappear.

I did! I got it with the F&F discount haha!! I wanted the NARSissist one because of the brush and because I actually don't own Orgasm (shocker, right?)

Also, I never got the gift card email so I messaged Sephora on Facebook and one of their customer service people got back to me within the hour with the card number and pin. Super quick and easy! Maybe some of you gals who have bad phone/email experiences should try their Facebook? Their email responses have always been useless to me but social media is great. And I was able to use a promo code with my gift card - I'm happy about it, but annoyed on behalf of all you ladies who couldn't.
Good move. I went the CS route too and got the GC via E-mail.

I'm ANGRY. I called Sephora to make sure that the code I was given would work in the US (it was a canadian email for canadian sephoras... As I am from Canada but live here now) and they told me yes. I tried it online and it did NOT work!!! Ughhh I emailed them, hope they can get back to me soon... I want to use it in store but tested online first to prevent embarrassment in store.
*sigh* I feel your pain. I read on their community forum board that if you flashed your BI/VIB/VIBR card, they should deduct the right amount in store.

Why is it that they are making this so complicated? And then they're having their CS reps and the in store workers take the beating for it when it's obviously not their fault but someone higher up the chain. It is just sorry customer and employee appreciation.

Funny story for you ladies tonight. Apparently, despite being VIB Rouge before the qualification date and spending about another grand somehow between qualification and now, Sephora decided that I didn't deserve to get a Holiday Reward Card. Obviously that is how they felt since a card was not even issued for my email address. So I can't even ask for them to resend my email, because an email or a gift card was never generated for my account. They also denied me any points for the shipping delay saying my orders were processed and shipped out by the 3 day deadline (I had a few that did take 3 days) but was not even given some form of sorry given that I can only benefit from the Holiday Reward Card if I call up. So no 10% ebates for me, no dilly dallying and browsing and adding last minute items to my order. I have to call them. *sigh* I need to reevaluate my shopping destination!
Wow that sucks! Im sorry you've been having a tough time with the customer service. I feel your pain. I got so frustrated with Ulta that I quit them a while ago and only shop at Sephora and Nordstrom's. I would call them again and point out how much youve spent and that youve been a loyal customer for many years. Ask them if they like your business (they will say yes) and then tell them that they need to find a way to resolve this problem and the first step is issuing the correct gift card :) Sometimes I am a bit direct but I can get my point across and whoever Im talking to will honor my request. Anybody with half a brain will want your business and treat you like a valued customer.

I got mine, and like all of you, I have no idea what to get.... Anna? Polish? perfume? MUFE shadows? YSL lip tint? Guerlain lippie? Balls?
I'd wait on the YSL Lip Tints....for reviews that is. I have several in my cart now but I'm waiting to see what the pigmentation is like before I hit submit icon. While I love YSL lippies (glossy stains in particular) I would hate nothing more than to have three duds that need to be sent back.

That is horrible!!! Since the VIB/Rouge 20% nightmare I haven't been as excited shopping online or in store with Sephora...out of solidarity for those having grief dealing with nasty customer service and clear lack of communication to its customer base. I'm upset with you for having to deal with such nonsense. :(

My order of the MUFE shadows shipped today. :flower: Can't wait to get them because I know from swatching Celestial Earth in store that it's stunning and I will finally see Aquatic Khaki in person. Still so excited about these shadows. I forgot about that delightful code of whatever to get a free mini something or other. Probably something I won't use, but if Sephora is offering up something I like to take advantage because I spend too much damn money up in there.

My MUFE shadows shipped today as well! I wish I had seen Celestial Earth before I ordered, I would have snatched that up real quick.

  I alternate between Tom Ford (love!), NARS, and Estee Lauder Double Wear.  I recently picked up a new Laura Mercier concealer but haven't tried that yet.  Just last week, I also ordered Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Enhancer, which can double as a concealer.  Picked a darker shade for the perimeter of my face, and one 1-2 shades lighter for the center of my face, which is naturally lighter.

I just got back from using my GC in the store (Nars Cordura e/s duo, blue Smashbox primer and a Sephora brand nude eye liner). I waited in a line of about 5 people, it was moving sort of slow since the store only has 2 tills and one was being used. I expected it to be busy because of the time of year so it didn't bother me to wait. When I got up to pay for my stuff I showed the clerk the email of the GC and my VIB rouge card. As soon as he saw the card, he apologized for the wait and said that "because you're ROUGE" if there's a long line next time I come in, just to ask one of the workers to check me out using mobile checkout so I don't have to wait. He said they don't advertise that they have them but to make sure to use it if there's a long line. Is this a common Rouge perk in most stores that I didn't know about before? I was my first time actually making a purchase in the store since making Rouge. I was just wondering.
