MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

My only must haves are Royal Ball and Mystery Princess (Silver Dusk?) ... But I feel like Happily Ever After and the Stroke of Midnight could just fall into my cart. I keep telling myself I don't even really like lipgloss and that I don't need neutral eye shadows but I am just not a great listener...

I'm confused by why she was calling it Silver Dusk. I have the Silver Dusk loose iridescent powder but that seems like a very different product.

Just finished watching TiffanyD's YouTube video about this collection and I'm convinced this collection is nothing to write home about (or bring home for that matter). I'm a little sad about that because I was expecting a WOW factor with something like this, but not even the packaging drives me anymore.

I figured it was a working name situation. I hate when they have working names that are the same as products that have already been in existence. I've seen them do it before and it makes no sense to me not to call it something else.

I went to the same store for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars there but now all of the sudden with new manager I am not allowed to pre order. F.... That store I just stock on line if they don't want my money and rather concern themselves with one lipstick purchase instead of whole collection sale- not that there is anything wrong with that than, so be it. I think those of us that spent so much money in the stores should be allowed to put stuff aside since we spent so much money. Like there is a mac card there should be a VIP card. Damn all those people that ruined it for all of us with their eBay selling.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I buy the whole collection I think I should be able to have my stuff put away and ready for me to pick up. Sorry for the rant. But do you know when those collections launch on line?

This will sound and possibly read bad, but I just can't be arsed with this collection. If there weren't any pigments, I would skip without a second thought. The packaging looks cheap and flimsy. I'm just gonna skip, sod it.

Why not, all other sores have VIP cards for their consumers based on how much they spent so why not MAC? They should reword their "in love customers" I put that lately and give them some perks. Before mac pro card at least let you get your hands on collection before the masses now what's the point . All collections are limited so there is no discount and we don't get access to them early. They are riding the hype train but sooner or later people will get mad and all they will be left with is a consumer that wants one lippie and that's it. They should think it over and do something special for their loyal costumers that been with them for ever and spent crazy money on whole collections. If there is no appreciation for those consumers they will eventfully go away. It has always been that way. I want what I want from certain collection and if I can't pre order it or buy it on line sooner that someone that spends $19 a year than I would rather find a corporation that rewards you and mac lately took all the perks away and treats us like crap. Karma will get you, don't think it wont.

True. Skipping this collection definitely leaves enough to spill over into another collection that I know i'm going to love. I do want one thing from this collection but that's just as a collector.

I wish there was something I wanted. I am happy to skip it entirely.
