I'm totally utterly in love with this color o-m-g! It literally makes me lips GLOW. Only downside... it didn't smell right. Almost like it's already going bad. Maybe it's the formula or color I dunno. Should I have them send me a new one?

I have purple issues as well and have that same Ruby Kisses lipstick in Purple Affair... It's a dupe for Gunner from the Nasty Gal collection... I use Gunner at home since its a better formula and toss PA in my purse for touch ups lol... I have issues with purples. I just bought a matte from the cheapo brand Ruby Kisses for $2.99, my kinda price!I can probably mix it with Lavender and get LJ, lmaoo. Oh no, I'm getting an NYX shipment today with new products, two of which are purple lippies (intense butter gloss and the high pigment lipsticks). I have issues. I wear them though!

And there's pigments (lip safe of course). I recreated Spanish Fly a few months back using a lipgloss and Blue Brown pigment. I recently mixed CYY with Black Knight and somehow got Gunner... A month after puchasing it. Even using normal lipsticks, you can create your very own custom colour
