MAC X Cinderella Collection (March 5, 2015)

Nothing is ever worth those ebay prices, unless you are completely in love with a product. Right off the bat I can tell you the Guerlain pressed compact is smoother and more buttery in texture. The finish is lighter and more of a angelic glow, very natural looking. MP has more of a grit texture but nothing too awful, on the face you really don't notice the texture as much.  It has finer milled shimmer in comparison to Coupe D' chic.  and :welcome2:

Thank you. I love the Meteorites bc it makes my skin look so much better than it actually is, but I did want something a bit more shimmery to use as a cheek highlight, which is why I chose Coupe. It seems that as I already own Meteorites, Mystery Princess isn't necessary. Why should I try to get it and potentially take it from someone who really wants it? I said this above, but I hope the die hard fans got some of what they wanted. I was reading an article yesterday that quoted some tweets and I felt so bad for some of those women!

I'm super pale and I've got RB on the way from America. I wanna keep it the light pink it is but my lips aren't very defined so can anyone recommend a lip liner? Doesn't have to be MAC, in fact I tend to favour NYX for lip liners!

What about NYX Ever? One of my favs that seems to work with a lot. I haven't gotten my RB to see myself though but in my head it works... I only use NYX liners I lined Free as a Butterfly with NYX's Nude liner.

I wanted Royal Ball, but it was sold out and removed out of my cart. I bought Free as a Butterfly out of grief. Is Free as a Butterfly worth it?

I got FAAB last Thurs at MAC because RB was sold out. I could have personally done without it but I wanted something from the line. Then I ended up getting RB and HEA lipglass from Macy's on Monday! Then Glass Slipper today on the restock. I need therapy. FAAB looks pretty decent with my dark complexion and small lips though.

I didn't bother going to any stores today. I tried calling a few but no one was picking up. I finally got through to one at the end of the day but they didn't have anything I wanted. I figured It wasn't worth it to try to go to any others in the snow.

Heads up for the eyegloss. Don't wear it with fake lashes! I think I almost waxed my eyelashes off peeling the lash strip off! (my lashes are perfectly fine, but ouch!!)

I was the second person in line this morning - they let people in five at a time. I overheard one SA on the phone saying they're not doing send sales until tomorrow. In-store purchases were limited to one per item. Good thing I covered my bases and ordered during the restock this morning.

I caved and bought Royal Ball (the item I wanted most from the collection) off eBay yesterday, then it showed up and I could have gotten it today for half the price. And I was really lucky both launches. The first launch I started checking the website at midnight and stalked it all night except for the 40 minutes I fell asleep that morning. And of course that's when everything actually became available. But I was able to snag Coupe, Happily Ever After and LBB that day. Today I just randomly checked and snagged the eyeshadow palette and Glass Slipper. But I feel horribly guilty because a lot of people got nothing. I checked earlier and one eBay seller says she has 10 plus of most everything in the collection. How is that even possible?? Are they fake? She has 100% feedback.

Probably has multiple people buying for her, fakes would be possible in a few weeks/months its just too early for that imo :/
I think the solution is very simple : produce more stuff so these people are squeezed out from scalping imo.

Hi everyone; I'm new here. Sorry to bug you all with a question right away, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how Mystery Princess compares to Guerlain Meteorites (the new pressed compact?) I love my Meteorites, so I did not get MP. I got Coupe D' Chic, and love it as a sparkly highlighter, but after hearing so much about MP, now I'm regretting not picking it up! And of course with the collection selling out again online (and the nearest to me MAC store very far away) I was wondering if anyone thought MP is worth the eBay prices?

i think they are both about the same I actually like mp better then my hoilday pearls I think they have more shimmer then mp but both are beautiful and I use them the Same way as all over finishing powder Hope this helps

Can't even get one lousy pigment and there's someone who has 10+ of everything. Such bullshit!!!

I have no idea how they get so much product at one time, when we struggle just to get a single item The eye palette is everything, I used it today and my goodness, so perfect!
