I agree. The first time I tried LJ on I wore it with a drak liner and blended it. I keep forgetting that I have Nightinggale. Lol. That's what happens when you have too much makeup. That sounds like a winning combo. I will definitely try the two together. I see LJ as a shade that I will mix more often than not. For example, I could see myself mixing LJ with Heroine, RiRi Boy, Strong Woman, etc.... just to name a few.

I feel the same. I am going to have to do some work on LJ- funnily enough I don't have any of the shades you have mixed with, I'll see if the Fashion Boost or Bespoken For liners will help.

I hope I can make it work, as it is a pretty shade. Dodgy Girl didn't require any effort, this shade seems to have more brightness and that milky effect.

So very, very true. It's coming my friend. The weather in the NE, midewest and parts of the south have been really treacherous. Everytime I see someone in BK I get skippers remorse. You look lovely. BK is my fav on you. Which one is your fav? On a separate note- I LOVE, LOVE your hair. I tried to train mine and it did not work. Your hair is beautiful. I'm sure people tell you that all the time. Hey lady, I will try Cork with my new Lady Danger? How have you been? Truth be told, you'll be okay without it. Trust me ladies. there is not a huge difference between DG and LJ to sweat it.If you have one and not the other you'll be just fine. Gorgeous. Looks beautiful with or without the liner. I need to find my Cork and Stone liner. I hope I have them. I'm not even sure.

I hope the weather clears up. I find it quite unseasonal, especially for March. All I do know about my LJ is that it left Sharonville, OH friday morning GMT. I hope baby turns up soon

You are so sweet to console me Glammy:hug: . Yes that actually does feel better. I'll keep tell myself that tonight and close my eyes to how gorgeous everyone looks with these one. But then again, they are just gorgeous period without it. What will also keep me at ease is the next collection with acai and boca. I will be doing an all nighter for that one for sure.

Got my lippies today (FS and BK). They are SO bright, almost neon on me. But I like it. FS kinda makes me think of Kvd Agogo but less matte and more neon

FB gives it a bit of depth but removes the milky undertones whilst not altering the colour beyond recognition.
Can't wait to wear it in the day time, I was experimenting with liners before bed, as us lippie addicts do

I'm glad I fell for the hype on this one, this shade doesn't come along every day.

I hope they repromote LJ or at least restock as they should meet demand to their loyal and disappointed customers who missed out.

I I will certainly try it with the liners you mentioned. Fashion Boost is one of my favorite liners. I love to wear it alone.

I think 95% of us on Specktra would love to see Mac do a purple collection. It will sell out in 5-10 minutes and then sell on eBay for $100 per lipstick because that is how the sharks, I mean vultures, roll. Lol.

I'm furious and will never be ordering from Macy's again. I am on hold with UPS to claim lost package or even THEFT! It was sent via UPSMI (UPS delivers to USPS who delivers to me) In my opinion that's too many damn holes for a package to slip through. I spoke with CS of USPS and they said it was fishy that UPS reported delivering the package to their local hub at 7:15pm because they were closed. I will be contacting macy's for my refund....... but now I have no goodies.

After being on hold with USPS for 35 minutes, and being treated rudely and told basically "shady stuff is happening on UPS's end" I am now on hold with UPS. I have been on hold for 25 minutes. However, I just chatted online with a Macy's Rep and he said this...



I will give them until the 9th because that was my original ship date. (Some reason UPS said the 7th after it shipped.) I will give them that grade period before hell breaks loose. I don't know why Macy's chooses to ship in such a terrible method. Just have one carrier, goodness!

The 9th seems way to far away and I am just nervous, and so, so, disappointed. Mostly for the Cinderella stuff. I can deal without a hot coral pink lippie. But I really, really, wanted Royal Ball and Happily Ever After. As I sit here, prices go up and up on evilbay. I can't believe I stalked all night... got a shipment notification... and highly likely won't get my stuff!

Edit: I just got off the phone with UPS and he was very belligerent with me that UPS delivered the package to USPS. I kept trying to tell him that USPS *sees* that stuff, but says they don't have the package. UPS insists it was delivered. Now it's a he said / she said. I guess I can only hold my breath until Monday, and hope I get my stuff. Sigh. I am SO turned off from all of these services (Macys, UPS, and USPS) right now.

I just went off on UPS yesterday even though it's 1 item I still need my package I get hm they leave the notice saying they left it with the apt. Manager I go over there she doesn't have it so I'm thinking ok he put it back on the truck maybe I'll get it today. Ummm no I get a notice saying he left it with Edna I'm like who tf is that?! Come 2 find out its Ed the maintenance man whom I don't even know his name so I'm bout 2 turn this place up if I don't get my box! Ups kills me sorry bout ur story but ur not alone

I ordered directly from MAC, bur I haven't received any sort of update at all since 5.10am GMT on Friday. I'll give them till Tuesday, as LJ was a birthday present for me. If I don't see any update by then, all hell will break loose during the international phone call to UPS

I couldn't order directly from MAC because they're so horrible at making enough products to go around that ish sold out so quickly! It's sad to see that we are all having such problems. I hope your stuff shows up, too!!

@Lauenxox...the exact same thing happened to me with my bbw macys order. I paid for expedited shipping. All of the tracking says tge package had gotten as far as my local ups. Then...nothing. uos had the audacity to say they never got the package. Ups has theft problems. It would not surprise me if some evilbayers have someone at ups stealing these packages. They open and keep the merchandise. This is my first lost package from ups and my second order from macys. No more macys. Thank God I thought to order a bu of lj from mac online release which I received Wednesday. Anyway sorry to hear that you are going through the same thing.
