. I

finally for my hands a the Vanity Palette!! I've been wanting this for literally years. I knew nothing about WnW when this was permeant. So when I went into my local Rid-Aid an seen this sitting lonely on the shelve I almost passed out. It came with a mascara I think. I went right up to the check out an when the cashier told me my total was $1.24 I almost passed out. So glad to finally have this in my life. I've been using it everyday. Forget Mac UD an my many other palettes this bad boy is now my favorite!

I seriously wish they'd bring that one back. The neutral mattes are perfection and I use them virtually day!

My local heb did a reset!

The smaller palettes had little $1 off coupons and I totes applied it to the new 8 pan called Poster Child!

Edit: So I just swatched all 3 palettes and they are super chalky. Like powder chalk. And they all have this bizarre sweet fragrance added into their formula. WHO WANTS FRAGRANCE ON THEIR LIDS? I'm in disbelief. A majority of the e/s are barely showing up too.

The formula is different.

Art in the Streets- The blue, green, and orange apply fairly well. Purple and yellow are meh.
The Naked Truth-The darkest brown and glittery brown on the bottom are all that apply to satisfaction. The left vertical taupe color, the right vertical grey dark taupe, and flesh top horizontal color barely apply. My finger and the tools included can pick up the color but not distribute them.
Poster Child- Ugh, the only colors that apply fairly well are the teal, pinks, and maybe the red. The dark blue starts forming this pill-like little balls as you apply. The yellow and lighter blue are chalky and patchy.

Wet N Wild messed up.

This is disappointing - I was waiting for someone to give an honest review on the new products, specifically the 5-pans. The brown neutral one is the only one I wanted, and I was worried about how it would show on my skin tone. Also, the scent is a no-go. Thanks for the review.

Okay, gotta revive this thread again! There's a new reset for Wet and Wild and so far I like what's coming. On instagram, WnW was doing giveaways for the Grammys and they showed THIS palette! They're doing 6 pans for a collection called Silver Lake! And look at these matte "Velvet" lipstick pens.

I just picked up a couple of the six pan eyeshadow palettes at Walgreen's from the NEW Spring 2015 Silver Lake limited edition collection. I got Vegan Culture (the greens and teals) and Vinyl Collection (the coppers and neutrals). They are awesome!!!! Super smooth and pigmented. This is the first time that I have purchased Wet'N'Wild palettes, that I didn't have a least one dud in the bunch--not these. I will probably go back tomorrow and grab at least one more. I'm also looking for the Silver Lake nail lacquers, the mint looks amazing. :) If you see these, they are definitely worth checking out. Wet'N'Wild just continues to step up their game each season. I will update with some swatches soon.

God that's really good to know. After they released the Poster Child 8 pan and those 5 pans I did not think I'd ever be buying another e/s palette from Wnw again. I wonder if certain batches of the perm palettes have improved.

My local HEB was on top of the Silverlake Collection and had a 50 cents off coupon going.
I saw that at walgreens.. I am only interesed in the neutral palette.. Thanks for heads up on it being at a heb.. seems like my heb always gets limited edition WnW first..

Just came back from Duane Reade (NYC) and they have BOGO 1/2 on WNW so I picked up two of those Velvet Matte Lip Color crayons (Fergie line) in the colors Fashion Darling (looks like the one on the right in image above) and Plumgenue. I'll swatch them later. Also got her shimmer palette in Rose Golden Goddess and her Take on the Day Mattifying Powder. All this for $16!

I found the palettes at my HEB last night.. I picked up California Roll and Vinyl Collection.. and used both palettes today..

I used #1 on the lid.. #2 mixed with #3 as a transition shade.. #4 in the crease (it does have glitters in it but still worked fine in the crease)..and #5 very lightly on the brow bone.. I like how it turned out.

I never get their e/s. I have so many bigger palettes with tons of colors that I can't be bothered with a bunch of little ones. No space for that! They always look good though.

Yeah - I agree. I am not into buying palettes at all at the moment. My last e/s palettes I purchased was back in December (Marc Jacobs The Dreamer palette, Too Faced SemiSweet palette and Stila in the moment).. but WnW is the only drugstore eyeshadows I like, so I decided to snap these up..

The oranges in the California Roll palette are really what caught my eye.. The darker orange is a little patchy when swatched but on application to the eye -- it worked fine.. I dig them.. with that said, they will probably be used only a few times and collect dust, like my other WnW palettes.. not sure why I buy them.. it is a sickness.
