This is Julep which is in the cream formula (ignore my awkward face, lol). Its bright! Like red orange bright, but I really like it. The cream formula feels really nice and comfortable on the lips and its not too glossy. Bought the In Bloom set, cream formula is a go!!

That happened to me the first time I ordered from them. Never got tracking and it took a little over a week to get my package. The 2nd time I ordered, it shipped in 2 days and I got tracking too!
