Ok, so it's interesting that we are all on blushes right now. I was look at BBrown's Blush Brush and was thinking about getting it. What's your fave blush brush. I think I need something with a smaller more precise head. I don't need it everywhere. ya know?

Hakuhodo J210. THE softest and small enough for a precise application.

I'm trying to love mine, but it's a bit scratchy compared to Hakus and the application never really looks even with it.

does anyone have any tips or product suggestions for under eye concealer? no matter what i do -- moisturizer, eye creams/serums, primer, setting powder -- my concealer always creases. i've tried so many different concealers and it always happens.

Laura Mercier secret brightening powder has almost completely eliminated my creasing when I use it to set my under eye concealer :)

Haven't had the time to come on Specktra the past couple of months unfortunately. Life has been getting in the way. But I wanted to pop on quickly to vent and warn others about my recent discovery about Jack Black Intense Therapy lip balm. I first started using it a couple of years ago because people here raved about it, and when I checked it out on Sephora's site, it said it was formulated without parabens, so I bought it and have been using it ever since. I've never been convinced it's the perfect lip balm, but it was the best I'd found so far. For the first time today, I looked at the back of the balm to read the ingredients and what did I find? PARABENS. 3 of them!!! Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben, and Isopropylparaben. So does Sephora want to try to tell me again that it's paraben-free??? I'm not even someone who needs all natural makeup...but parabens are the one thing I try to avoid. And obviously this information is only important and upsetting if you're like me and avoid parabens. But yes, I am VERY upset with Sephora for falsely advertising this as paraben-free, and shame on me for not taking to the time to read the ingredients list sooner.

I know Wayne Goss would say to apply eye cream as much as possible to plump up the skin under the eye. I've also tried out a technique I learned recently from Kevin James Bennett which held up well during a night out in Vegas last weekend. I have yet to try it for an average work day, but hope to do so soon. No-Crease Concealer Tip 1. Finishing spray on bare skin or over primer 2. Concealer, blended with a brush lightly misted with finishing spray 3. No-color setting powder over entire area 4. Finishing spray, pressed (not sprayed) over powder with makeup sponge

I'm really excited for Bite's #004 lip lab lipstick for April! I haven't purchased any of them yet but I'm really hoping April's will be a lighter pink color. The anticipation is killing me!
