Yes, especially in the summer when I want to wear minimal makeup.

Most often I contour MAC's Sculpting Powder in Definitive. I also really like MAC blushes in Blunt and Reed (Reed is a long ago discontinued blush, one of my first ever MAC purchases). Reed is dark like Blunt but has a slight plum leaning. I think I like Blunt and Reed more than Definitive, but I have Definitive in a compact and Blunt and Reed are in a 6-pan palette so I reach for them less when I'm in a rush. I'm ordering the small Z-Palette during Chic Week to correct this issue, lol. I have a suspicion that Definitive is more sheer so it's a bit more foolproof/forgiving which is nice when you're pressed for time.  If I think of a similar color to Reed in another brand I'll let you know. Or if anyone here remembers that shade and has found a dupe please weight in. I'd be interested to see what dupes are out there.  

Placed an order to pick up at Macy's for Blunt this afternoon coincidentally. My sis has been using it since Nov but when I went a few weeks ago they tried to tell me not to use a blush but a darker foundation. How Blunt pulls red, etc. But I used hers this past weekend when she visited and liked it.

I guess I'm alone in the Champagne Gold love...   I've been wondering about the Rose Gold liquid as I've seen people around my coloring using it [online]. I just worry that it may not be flattering, or that between it and Topaz I'd never make a dent in either. How do you like it compared to Topaz?

For some reason I seem to always reach for Topaz. I just prefer it over Rose gold, even though rose gold is pretty. Although, this past week I've used Rose gold more. I used Topaz all last summer with my foundation because it just gave a nice glow without wearing a blush and I switched from full coverage foundation to medium coverage. Now I'm in love with the copper one too. I use that as a blush with MAC Blunt as a contour. Becca has so many nice choices. :cheer:

Blunt is one blush that I always keep in my stash. I always wear it as a contour shade and have been for many years. My sister does too. You can't go wrong with it. That is one blush that I hit pan with several times.

Tbh I've always been a highlighter. I never contoured.

Ahh I'm so torn! I was thinking about mixing them for spring and winter but if Topaz is preferable then what's the point… When you wear Rose Gold do you wear it all over your face? We are both talking about the liquid version right?

No I only highlight with Rose Gold. I tried it all over but I didn't like it. That's probably why I use Topaz more because I can do both with it. I have rose gold and Topaz in liquid.

I don't do major contouring. A MUA at the MAC contour showed me a few years ago how to use it as a contour with my blush and I've done it every since.

Nope mine was 20% off everything except fragrance and like dermalogica and a few other things. It was giving me 20% off becca, IT, etc when I was window shopping earlier this week.
