I'm dying. I'm glad I picked up Champagne Pop before deciding i'm not allowed to buy anything anymore

But VS had a swim sale too and somehow 4 bikini tops fell into my cart and somehow i clicked checkout!! not sure how that happened

@elegant-one, I don't think this will help with your current situation b/c I think that's just the way the online gift works. You qualify for Rouge with one order and then it's available to add to your next order. So stupid.
But...
I made an account on the Sephora Community Boards (Beauty Talk) so I could access the Customer Service board.

It is the only way I get anything accomplished with Sephora customer service. They are actually really great. I just leave a message with my issue and then they private message you back with a solution.

If you have a facebook account, the Sephora CS reps that respond to messages on their page are also very good and responsive.

Thats terrible. Sephora seems to have rude ass customer service. They should take note from Nordstrom-- people stay with them because they have the best CS despite not having % sales (i.e. 20% off).

Yep. I've had more bad experiences with them than good.

Nordstrom has been amazing for me! They are wonderful in every store & online help. My husband & son ordered me an expensive gold cross necklace for Mother's Day & it did not process my order & then it cancelled it & so they reordered & it kept delaying the new order many times. So since I knew about it, I called Nordstrom & ended up that I got a call from the assistant to Mr. Nordstrom

and he helped me out & kept calling back to stay in touch with me on the order. Anyhow - the GAVE us the necklace for FREE because of the hassle

Isn't this the week that a lot of stuff comes out? The KVD stuff included, right? It's so funny because weeks ago I made a mental note and now it's like I never even knew. This is why I hate knowing so early in advance. I'm getting too old to retain the info. :crazy:

So true. Thats why I've been ordering my MAC items from Nordstrom . . . no hassles.

Got two it-palettes from Sephora on sale, the frost and the smoky, for 12€ each. The two of them combined were less expensive than one full price, which is 30€. There's something weird about that. It's not like they're going to be discontinued. The nude one was the only one that stayed full price. Either way, the packaging is just lovely, especially for that price. Not sure how these perform. I've heard good and bad things.,

Regular Mac shadows are 1.3g / 0.04 oz ( $10 per pan) $ VS pro longwear shadows 3.4g / 0.11oz ($14 per pan).


I know! I saved up 2,000 pts recently ( $125 ) and was able to get the two new Lorac palettes, a $40 It cosmetics brush, Becca eye brightener - for free... I also got a bad ass free gift with purchase with tons of really nice deluxe samples! ( free lorac mini lipgloss, free bareminerals mini lipgloss, free mini Laura geller blush, plus a ton more).

It seems like once a week - they offer a free gift with purchase for online orders, so I still get tons of deluxe samples - in addition to the points that turn into free products!. Only downside is the slow shipping and $50 threshold for free shipping.

Sooooo sephora canceled my order that included a dollar hair tie and the 250 perk lipstick bag because I violated the terms of use for flash shipping according to the CS rep!!!! They told me to refer to the terms of use to go see what it is that I was in violation of...really, I'm talking to a CS rep who is telling me to refer to the terms when they are speaking to me live and can't read it off to me or tell me what the heck it is that I did!!!!!!!!!????? Wth? In spite of my disgust, I went to look at the terms of use and saw that I violated NOTHING! Everything I did was in accordance with their flash shipping policy...after arguing with this damn nut about their flash policy and what it states in black and white, I was told that they would prefer if I ordered something more expensive than a hair tie to redeem my bag. PREFER??????? WTH?????? ...your policy states NO MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIRED!!! I don't give two (curse words) about what they prefer, the policy states that I can do what I did!! They had NO RIGHT to cancel my order because they preferred for me to order more!!! I'm PTFO!

I just looked it up and you are right - it says no minimum purchase required..

Thanks Lauren :heart: My husband was about to get on the phone with CS when he heard how frustrated I was! That wouldn't have been a good idea, he's so overprotective of me :shock: he was like F--- that cheap @$$ bag, I'll take you shopping! I was like hell yeah, but after I get this ish settled with sephora lol. He looked at me crazy, I told him it was the principle of the matter, not the bag. He still didn't understand...he'll I'm Rouge, this is how you treat your highest paying customers?????
