@elegant-one, I don't think this will help with your current situation b/c I think that's just the way the online gift works. You qualify for Rouge with one order and then it's available to add to your next order. So stupid.

I made an account on the Sephora Community Boards (Beauty Talk) so I could access the Customer Service board.

It is the only way I get anything accomplished with Sephora customer service. They are actually really great. I just leave a message with my issue and then they private message you back with a solution.
