I know Heaux is online-exclusive, maybe thqt's why. What's the other shade we're discussing? Is that one too? MAC is full of shit and that shiny Heaux should have been CCO price in the first place let alone an extra $1 than the others!

Royally Riotous is the other online exclusive! I'm glad I got it at 16,but agree it should of been CCO priced. Or NYX priced. Lol

I love a good BOGOF on lipstick (whenever that offer happens)... But on a brighter note, I'm home and had to try on Faux Heaux (gonna have to change/add to my database later on this evening)...

How the f*** is it so sparkly in the tube??? let me go look at my Morange and Diva-ish,seeing that they're both Amps EDIT: I have a feeling this post is gonna be pic heavy... RR is quite a hottie in the tube, but NC45 on the lips...

I was looking forward to swatching QS, it's very sheer. It actually reminds me of GotS...

And I just made GotS, when adding DO to QS...

Girl I did all that, it's a facking cremesheen. When I swatched mine (amp and cs) they all were shiny, but in the tube the Faux-Heaux was sparkly like the one other cs I have, CDN.

Oh and it looks nice on you btw

Thanks lmao. Faux Heaux is a cremesheen, no doubt about it. But because it has some sort of amped up look and feel to it, I can see why they had to relabel it to Amp Creme... But it's pretty sheer to be an Amp Creme

I'm probably the only one with this opinion but I do so love the amplified/cremesheen Heaux more than the OG retromatte Heaux.

Makes for juicy (not glossy or shiny) and fuller sexy lips on me... the OG Heaux makes my lips look rather thinner and dry.
I'm torn LOL.

Pillow Talk is definitely the sleeper hit for me. It doesn't look like much on its own but it really ties a neutral look together. I think I'm going to stay away from amplifieds from now on. Both Heaux and Royally Riotous feathered on me and moved around badly. I'm wondering if they've changed the amplified formula because the ones I got from the Playland collection are great.

Ha! I just won't stop. But seriously, I love my Happy-Go-Lucky from Playland! Such a great color and feels so nice on the lips. PT looks nice on you.

As I've said before, I know I'm in the minority but I'm thrilled that MAC gave y'all who love mattes an entire collection to play with and then decided to let us non-matte wearers have some shades. It's just a shame that there's so much CS bashing in this thread, since for many of us, it's the most lip-friendly. I know that I don't bash mattes!


My Heaux is in the fridge waiting for me, and I finally pulled the trigger on Quelle Surprise after T compared it to Marc Jacobs Cabaret (which I lived in last year).

I can only speak for myself, but I'm not bashing cremesheens on a whole, I'm bashing CS Heaux. There's a difference, lol. I love my cremesheen CDN and I'm glad some of you ladies get to enjoy Heaux in a format that you like. I just happen to not care for it, unless it's on top of the OG.

Edit: and if it were another name I would have no comment, like I don't for the other lippies in this collection. I just find the OG Heaux a tough act to follow

I'm thinking about getting Royally, Heaux, Quelle, and PT. I'm seeing that some of you aren't liking the formulas though. Quelle does look a lot like Acai but just not matte, so maybe I don't need that one. I'm torn!
