My kiddo started off with rosy cheeks and red lips, but it wore off during her trick or treat rampage.
She's so flipping cute!!! Oh, my ovaries are aching!

I just had the BEST customer service experience ever!!! I want shout about it from a mountain top. LOL

I lost my custom bite beauty lipstick. I JUST had it made. I think I wore it for like a week, and we went into our pink BCAM theme. I tore up my room, car, and wherever else I thought I was. I hesitated calling but I finally called today. I told the young lady who answered, whatever the cost, if you want me to sign a waiver I won't be upset if I don't like it, can you redo and ship my lipstick to me? The young lady said, we normally don't ship out lipsticks and I need to talk to my manager. To which I said, tell her I'm begging her and we laughed, she took my info and she hung up the phone. Manager calls me back (I was LOVING her New Yawk accent), and asks if I have my ingredient card, when I came in, my address and she is shipping it to me free via fed ex... *faints* who does that?!?!?!?!?!?!
I would've paid full price, plus shipping, insurance... hell, I would've paid one of you NYorkers to pick it up and ship it for me.

So everyone, get down to Bite Beauty Lab on Prince St, and get a lippie made. It is so worth the price.

OMG, I'm so excited. (I don't know if I'm excited about the lipstick, or the gesture). I actually want to work in Customer service again, so I can do that for someone... enh, no I don't. scratch that. I take it back!

I'm glad she was so helpful. It's refreshing hearing about good customer service experiences. Sadly, they are so rare.

I pretty much have everything I want which will go under the tree lol so this go round for sale it's like eeeeeh whatever. :roflmao: my credit card got me out here acting like I don't know any better!!! I had a stern talk with myself about financial goal setting, and living within my means, and then these damn coupon codes are talking over me like "nah bish, you NEED this $58 face mask". After the November VIB sale I'm grounded!

I just got my Sephora catalog in the mail along w/another notice about the VIBR Sale/Holiday Shopping Event. Nice to see the products all at once like this.
I just got mine this evening as well. They did a nice job on it too... it helps to sway us to fork over the moniez when everything is so nicely laid out.

I'm not exaggerating, unfortunately. Hobby Lobby had the Christmas decorations up before the Halloween stuff even hit the shelf. I went in one day and a few ladies were gawking at everything. One of the employees said that they put it up early that year but it's a big money make. I don't know if it was all of their stores but it was quite annoying! I believe At Home was the one playing Christmas music way months too soon. Retailers take the fun out of the holidays because after you've seen (and heard) everything for MONTHS then it just doesn't feel as special.

The codes are the same for everyone (well, one for VIB and one for Rouge), so you're ok. And they've been posted all over social media, so you should have no trouble finding them.

I agree. Retailers used to want to get a jump on Christmas merchandise 30 days in advance. Now it seems like it is 60 plus days in advance.

That's amazing! I don't mind supporting companies or paying more money when I get great customer service.

Agreed. That's why I always make sure to get names and fill out compliment forms or contact supervisors when people are awesome!

i have been trying to do a beauty.com order since morning. It takes off the % off some orders and for some it doesnt. CS asked me to give them a call after i place the order to do the credit. I tried Price matching with nordstrom bec I hate making CS calls and they did!! So Yayy!!
How did you get Nordstrom to price match?!?! I tried getting them to price match earlier today and they wouldn't do it.

Thanks for the suggestions! I usually use a moisturizer and cleanser from LUSH and I want to try something else. The cleanser I actually really like and might stick with but i should probably get something less exfoliating to use with my clarisonic (ive heard not to use exfoliating cleansers with it). Im on the fence about their moisturizers that Ive tried though. My skin is pretty normal Im just not crazy over the scents and after a while they seem pretty watery so Im thinking of changing it up for the moisturizer for sure. Ive always wanted to try the Glamglow masks but I usually stick with freeman or LUSH, maybe I'll finally give them a try. Ive been hearing Sunday Riley a lot around here lately so i think i'll definitely check those out. I heard MannyMUA reccommend the exfolikate spot treatment and it seems to have good reviews...i get one or two spots a month maybe so I may try that as well
The freeman exfoliate (black) is amazing i use it twice a week.

Can anyone suggest an anti-aging eye serum/cream that is intended to be used on the eyelid? The ones I am currently using are for under the eye and around the orbital bone but I'd like something that can be used on the eyelid. Thanks!
