MAC X Selena Quintanilla Collection (October 2016)

I was able to purchase everything that I wanted but I hate that I was charged for shipping and handling when it was supposed to be free. I almost hesitated purchasing anything because of it, but I didn't want to miss out on getting what I wanted so I went ahead and ordered. I got the Bidi Bidi Bom Bom Lip Glass, the 129SH Brush, all three lipsticks, and the Selena eyeshadow. I think it's super weird that shipping charges would pop up as a glitch (which I was told that it was by a customer service representative)since everything is always supposed to be free no matter what. Why do they even having shipping prices embedded into the website anyways? I personally think that's fishy but as long as I get refunded for it, I'm fine.

It probably won't show for a while. The order has to enter their system first (apparently about an hour), and then they have to fix all of them.

Dang right when i close my eyes at 8 the collection goes up. Thank goodness for my alarm an hour later lol i ordered one of each (except for mascara, eyeliner and 2 shadows) and threw in a regular lipstick just for free shipping which will most likely be returned with free shipping they will provide lol

I just tested this and you seem to be correct. I added Techno Cumbia to my cart and noticed it was going to charge me 7$ for standard. I then added a brush and the shipping reverted back to free.

Why can't I order Techno Cumbia? I was able to place an order for everything else! I really want to complete my collection!. MAC CS says its out of stock! Really I can't believe that was the first to go!!

You don't only way you'll know is in your bank they'll take it then it'll be refunded back... that's usually the case!

Pro members have to still pay for shipping and they got early access also. So maybe thats why??

Did someone say the brush was sold out? Because it most definitely did not.
I got everything out of fear of being blindsided by another 1-item-per-order deal.

You're welcome! Glad you got it. I couldn't find it either at first until I realized that "Selena" is not included in the title search like the rest of the products for this collection. And $19 shipping charges?!!! I would be on that phone so quick, handle that.

Sneaky buggers, I hadn't removed that brush,removed the brush and the discount disappeared.

We know they'll credit but it's still annoying though! Shoot, for some people they could have gotten a whole other product! LOL!

That's certainly a possibility and the only probable explanation I could think of. This is the first collection that I've shopped early access for so I'm wondering if this has happened during the release of previous collections as well.

I said it because that's what the CS rep told me. It was causing big problems for them, so maybe they released more stock for the pre-sale? Or my chick was on crack?
