or the hype period. when I got in the makeup game a few years ago they were alllllll about the brows so its interesting to see how she's branched off into expanding! I missed out on the amrezy palette but it was like eeeeh **shrugs** no biggie. her brow wiz n powders tho will stay in rotation but I haven't been press to grab anything else!! even those concealers

I wanna know too lol...I had to urge to grab em cuz I enjoy my Sephora lip stains. I feel greedy getting anything outside of those
I bought the Amrezy and it's basically the only palette I've been using for months. I don't need any other palettes since that is my go to. I feel like if you took all of my other palettes and I just kept the Amrezy I'd be good.

I just returned from my Sephora expedition! The Hourglass Ambient Bronzer in Radiant Bronze is exactly what I thought [hoped!] it would be. The SA wanted to try it on my face (so I didn't actually swatch it) and he applied it liberally to my my entire cheek area (nose to ear) and up through the temple, slightly around the brows, so a sizable portion of the face. It gives a very soft luminous glow that you'd expect from any of the Ambient powders. There are no visible sparkles once applied (what a relief right?!) and I think you could definitely use this all over the face as a finishing powder with a fluffy powder brush. For reference I'm NW45 in most MAC formulas. I think it gives a nice, subtle glow, perfect for Spring. It's definitely more subtle/soft/diffused than the Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Powder in Topaz…. Speaking of Becca….  I've been on the Becca hype train since Becca's first go round in Sephora (any Sephora aficionados remember those days??) when they were d/c'd from Sephora and I had to run around Atlanta and Nashville trying to find small boutiques that carried the line. So yeah, way back. In the wake of the SSP international freakout, I dusted off my old Becca Bronzers in Calypso and Duende and I found that both, but Duende especially, work super well with the SSP Powders. They are the softer/golden brown cousins to Topaz's bronze. They have a pearliness to them, rather than a shimmer/sheen. I like to wear Topaz over the entire cheek area and layer blush and highlighters over it and then sweep a small amount across the brows, but I wouldn't dare brush it on my forehead (I use the SSP liquid all over, under foundation, but not the pressed powder). Now I take Duende or Calyso and dust it all over and I achieve that same Becca "lit from within" glow on every part of the face. It's really gorgeous. If you can get your hands on either, snatch them up! ACW has Calypso and the two lighter shades. The website says it has Duende but it's actually out of stock, so don't get too excited. I think they are worth hunting down, especially if you can find them under MSRP.  Regardless of whether or not you can find the older bronzers take a look at the Becca Shadow & Light Bronze/Contour Perfector. I purchased it today after thinking long and hard about it for a couple of weeks. If you swirl the two colors together you get a shade that is more golden and a tad more subtle than Topaz so it can go where Topaz can't. The difference between Duende and the Bronze/Contour Perfector is that the latter has that sexy shimmer/sheen of the SSP's rather than the pearlescent finish of the Duende/Calypso. It's very pretty. So much pretty! I can hardly take it!!!
I have yet to purchase Topaz powder. Blushed Copper had me running to the Becca station at Sephora and I've been trying the under eye brightener and concealer for the last few weeks. I want the powder (Café). I got a Topaz liquid deluxe sample from Ulta (need to mess around with it more) and their Best of Becca Collection. Now I'm taking notes from your post. I found the Hourglass underwhelming but I'm going back to check it out. I used to like bronzers and highlighters before but Specktra has me on a whole 'nother level

mmm that blushed copper is soooo gorge!! I have nothing like it. how do u like the under eye brightner? im still on the fence on how well I like it for now. its like I do but I want to like it more!! im thinkin cuz my dark circles can be so dark that I need a REAL corrector first before being able to appreciate the brightener! I like how creamy n blendable it is tho!

Re the brightener I ain't gonna lie, when the Becca rep mixed it with the concealer I was like "BAM!" Then next time I asked another location for samples and I don't have the time to mix and all that in the a.m (2yr old daughter going on 16), so I do the brightener then the concealer (they say not to use alone) and it doesn't look as "POW!" as when the chick did it but I like it. I had bought NYX's dark circle corrector and I think I like the consistency of Becca more. Maybe I need to mess around with others? Which others do you use? I have hay fever and my dark circles can be something fierce because of rubbing my eyes (I won't learn). Let's not talk about the bags due to lack of sleep (reference 2yr old above) and fine lines (pushing 40).

I think ABH is so hyped that when the product is not as amazing as expected people are just completely turned off. Maybe they even start looking for problems with other products. Idk but recently I've just been seeing mixed reviews on the liquid lippies and glosses.

hotmess.org, I just ordered Calypso (had to for the name alone), then they made me order Tarte's Amazonian Clay blush in Charisma (likely old formula) for $10 as an add-on, then I used a coupon code. Slippery slope with Specktra, slippery slope...

I wanted to like it. The one I got went on well enough but after just a couple of hours it cracked and turned and had me looking like an evil clown. I had to find the nearest bathroom and get it off my lips. Hate the formula, hate the wear. I tried 2 glosses and they weren't pigmented enough. The coverage it did have was not even. For me, neither product is worth the money. Some products work for some and not others. I've seen some hilarious negative reviews on youtube.

I'm wearing NAILS INC.Victoria, Victoria Beckham x Nails Inc, Bamboo White and it's GORGEOUS. It's not stark white and it just looks clean & sophisticated .
I wish I had knew Sephora had it because I would have waited for the sale. I am LOVING this nail polish. It comes in a huge box and the bottle is heavy enough to
use as a weapon!

I wasn't crazy about the Formula X Rose Gold---they missed the mark on the color for me. I haven't yet worn the red that I got w/Rouge Renewal. I'll get to it---so
much nail polish, so little time!!

Well I guess you've sold me on bamboo white. I was going back and forth on it and considering it for the sale. I went insane on the nails inc site putting stuff in my cart but I haven't ordered yet. The formula x red I'm wearing only has two tiny chips in it after a week and that's only because I can't keep my pinky out of my mouth. :eek:hboy:

I've been using different concealers with it: mac prolong wear, tarte creaseless concealer and the amazing concealer but hmmm maybe I should pair it with becca's concealer. they both seem so thick tho to use together tho esp for the summer time. laaaawd lol ur daughter goin on 16 hahahaha!! medgal :fight:  I swear I was lookin at that but I've never paid that much for a nail polish!! im thinkin i'd love that color too  cuz I like those natural pale colors and been searchin for a gorgeous white that's not that stark chalk cheap lookin white!
Do you use any correctors? These are new to me. I thought I was still young until recently (lmao). Yeah it is pretty thick, then I've been using my fingers, I think I'll try with a concealer brush. Yes, she's a trip. Help. Oh you mean you don't like whiteout white polish? Lol

I fell into the dipbrow pomade hype last summer. It was okay, nothing mind-blowing. Then I fell in love with NYX's brow gel. Now I'm back to wanting less sculpted brows so I've been messing around with pencils (NYX and Wet n Wild). My holy grail for many years has been MAC shadow in Embark. I love the ABH blogger eye shadow palettes though. I have all 3 and use them daily, Amrezy and Tamanna more than than the other (more summery). Other than that I don't pay attention to her stuff despite her IG hype. Was going to try those liquid lips but saw the bad reviews on Sephora and put a halt on that quick-fast.
I'm going to need this to add to my ABH palette collection: http://www.temptalia.com/anastasia-artist-palette-for-summer-2015 :eyelove:

I agree it was super hyped and I don't think they're that amazing although I do like them. I've been seeing a lot of mixed thoughts on them as well

Ah that sucks. Yeah not everything will work for everyone. Unfortunate that it didn't work for ya. I have no clue about the glosses, never tried them, the lipsticks were extremely hyped though by all the IG and YT "gurus" who got them free. I don't think they're amazing by any means but I am glad the 3 I bought worked for me. I need to check out some reviews on YT I need a giggle

Re: other correctors, I use Bobbi Brown's corrector in Very Deep Bisque. I like it; I find it makes concealer look more natural and conceal better. Now you all make me want to try the Becca Brightening Corrector but my worry is that it will be too light.

Edit:
And then I saw this:

I'm sorry but how have you not purchased Topaz?!?! I can't. I can't even right now. I have worn Topaz, every single day since I got it. I have never been this committed to a color product. All of the powders are great. I love Topaz and Champagne Gold together. Also Moonstone is a gorgeous highlight and it seems to be underrated. Blushed Copper is great, I wish it were a little more sheer, but I still love it. I layer it over my contour and blend it up to outer edge of the temple. I sometimes wear 3 or 4 of the powders in one look. I wonder what the next LE SSP powder will be…

No matter how much I prepped and moisturized my lips they dried them out and they were difficult to apply. I didn't buy any of the glosses. I tried them on and they felt good but the shades I liked had to much glitter. I have 2 Sephora liquid lipstains and I love them. They don't dry out my lips and are easy to apply. I just picked up the new Too Faced Melted Metals and I don't have a problem with them either.
