OK gals I know I just posted my pics from earlier in the week last night but I used Tentation Cuivree and Magnolia again today and the sun was actually shining and OMG I love this stuff!!!!! So gorgeous!!!! You can really see the colours come through in this light. I figured I'd better post this for anyone still on the fence. I'm in

I thought I could pass on this quad, but that's becoming much less likely now.

MrsLid Magnolia RC looks AMAZING on you. It's pink, but because it's so creamy it just amplifies the gorgeous factor. I hope it won't be frosty on me.

Magnolia will not be frosty. There is no frost to it at all. Just a glossy finish with very fine barely there shimmer hidden in it

I think it depends on what you're looking for. Kaska Beige would be more versatile for everyday, in my opinion, and Tentation Cuivre is a bit more... hmm, festive?

so what's our final verdict on the ombre d'eau and lipsticks? I always feel like Chanel products are the makeup equivalent of hunky guys who might not have substance...gotta be more vigilant about spending time/effort/money since the initial lust is so strong it is blinding....

Yes I'd definately skip gloss. It's creamy and glossy enough on it's own and has sparkle through it as if you'd applied a gloss.

I've never tried the liquid shadows. I love the look of them but I just can't get a grip on the price for a single eyeshadow so I'm going to pass. For me both lipsticks were a bit of a fail because they weren't my typical beloved Rouge Coco formula but I am falling in love with the look of Magnolia so I may deal with the sheerer, creamier formula. If anyone has Splendeur Le Vernis, Pulsion is very close to it (at least in the bottle). I will eventually compare the two, but I'd say, unless you're a polish fiend, you don't need both Splendeur and Pulsion.

I got worried that things would be sold out by the time I could get to the mall so I placed an order before I left for vacation and received it today. Absolutely love everything I got - Pink Pulsion & Pleasing glossimers, Pulsion np and Magnolia l/s. Of course you guys have me rethinking my decision on the quad now!

Sooooooooo my Pleasing gloss and my Patchouli lipstick are gone. I did a wedding over the weekend, and mother of the bride fell in love with the lipstick...
and the bride fell in love with the gloss.
Ah well. Chalk it up to a job well done. Now I gotta call Nordies and put them on hold so I can pick them up tonight.
I went by Bloomingdales today and they still don't have the collection up. The SA told me it wasn't out yet in stores... just the Chanel Boutiques. When I told her that Nordstrom and Neimans already had their counters stocked... she sneered.
The truth hurts.

I'll have to call my counter tomorrow to see what the latest is on this collection. I was originally told end of October, but I know a few girls on here mentioned November. I'm anxious to get Pleasing and Patchouli. I've officially decided against Magnolia and Charming, unless Charming happens to be somewhat pigmented. The only other thing I'm afraid of getting tempted by is the quad.
