Thanks! I'm glad you got the lippies replaced...when you first mentioned that I had a moments anxiety thinking "OH no what if they're sold out when she tries to replace them". I guess we still have some time....not everyone out there is as on top of everything as we are LOL. Buying it from NM before it even shows online etc.

Temptalia reviewed magnolia and pink pulsion on her blog. And they looked so sheer. Chanel always looks dull on her, IMO. It just strengthened my resolve to get Pink Pulsion.

I have Pink Pulsion arriving today and I was so bummed yesterday to see how sheer it was. I know it's been mentioned but until you see a lip swatch you never know.

Does anyone know how similar on the lips Pink Pulsion looks to Pink Teaser? I know in swatches you can see that Teaser is warmer but I wonder on the lips if there is enough of a difference to bother having both. Maybe I should gift Pink Pulsion??

Edit: Guess I should have been more patient. If I had of seen Temptalia's swatches first I never would have ordered Pink Pulsion. My order just came and I tried it on and it is soooo sheer

Oh well. I haven't tried on Pleasing yet but it looks to die for! Plum Attraction looks SCARY! Hopefully I can make it work. Tweed Fuchsia is heavenly and I love the look of Magic Night but haven't swatched it yet.

Ha Ha 2nd edit: OK I just went down to the bathroom at work and saw Pink Pulsion in the "big" mirror rather than just closeup in my compact and ya it looks really nice. I still would have liked more pigment though and more of the pretty impact from the tube.

Holiday 2010 Tweed Fuchsia Blush

This blush is gorgeous on!
I have so many pink blushes, but this one is still different - so soft & silky that it melts into the skin. Its a soft slightly brighter deeper blue fuchsia based pink but not overly heavy or too bright on.
The sparkle is so minimal that I wouldn't let that stop you from getting it. Chanel can do sparkle & do it right.

I know it's soooo pretty! Too bad the tweed pattern wears off. I can't decide whether to try this first tomorrow or Plum Attraction...decision, decisions

I haven't tried it over any lipsticks yet. I'm funny that way. I never really layer. I like one or the other but I may play around some more

If you added a deeper Fuchsia to Pink Explosion it may come close to it. Pink Explosion next to TF looks much paler & almost has violet undertones to it in comparison.

i cant say for the tweed blush as i dont own it but plum attraction is heaven!

my local macys dont have the holiday collection yet so i will just wait and see the eyeshadow in person and decide!

I got the LAST patchouli lipstick from Nordies too!

Omg. I would have died if they were sold out.

They had about five Pleasing glosses there. I told the manager that if I was feeling flush after Fashion Week and they were still there, I'd pick up a backup.

There is some, but no not a lot. Tapping off your brush first helps.

I haven't had any issue with fallout. But like mrslid said, tap the brush first before putting it on.

I've been thinking about getting the quad and maybe the tweed blush but wasn't sure how well it would show up on me but your pics sold me on the quad. This will be my first Chanel purchase, I hope I don't get addicted like I am with MAC and MUFE

I'll echo the others who didn't have fallout issues.

I also have to say that it looks nothing on me like her swatches even she's a tad darker and less warm than my skin tone.

When I swatched it at the counter, the colors were much richer. Her swatches look very dull; I assume it's because of the fairly bright white lighting it seems she uses is washing them out. The swatches at the Beauty Look Book are much more true to color IMO.

I wore the quad again yesterday and it was beautiful!

Chanel is very addicting. I just got into Chanel this year and my collection has grown quite a bit! We are all addicts over here on this board LOL
