Katred, there's no pink like it. The damned thing has pink sparkles in it... PINK SPARKLES! Who comes up with this stuff? And the crime is... IT WORKS.
Dammit, I was so mad when I tried it on... because I instantly fell in love with it.
Yeah, it was the sparkle that caught my attention... It's just so eye catching and, strange though it seems, you're absolutely right- it makes the shade. (Sorry Engineer Barbie... please keep fingers in ears. Or, in this case, eyes... Although that sounds uncomfortable.)

I don't feel bad one bit for making people buy Enviree. It's made of awesome. Katred, I can't even call Enviree pink. On me, it reads more red or perhaps fuchsia, if anything. This darn thing has pink sparkles, just like Ingenue said. It's crazy. It's hands down my favorite Chanel lip product, and I have quite a few. ETA: I love Enviree more than all of my glossimers.

Well I already have two of them. I am very impatient LOL, so I contacted a friend who sent me La Distinguee and La Furtive from abroad. I asked for those two colors b/c I don't know if they will make it to the US. I am very impressed with the formula, and these two colors are amazing. Great every day nudes. Plus it is a creamy matte like others have said. Not a drying matte. I would consider backing up these two colors if they ever made it to the US, or I may just call my friend again. Poor thing.
The problem is that now I want all of the other colors. I really don't know which one(s) to pick first, but I am going to try and be good (i.e., not go crazy & buy them all).

The collection launched at my usual counter one week earlier than expected and the highlighter came home with me today. The engravings while intricate, did not move me. But I tried it on and had to buy it. It gave a soft, diffused glow that wasn't frosty at all. The pink didn't show up much, rather it was a cool, off white on me. I didn't buy anything else. Good thing I didn't try Enivree on so I'm not thinking about it a lot. Hopefully I'm not haunted by it tonight after reading all your raves above. I will pick it up and Empire too later on. Not certain I'll pick up the other items.

I have La Furtive and La Distinguee on their way to me too, so I'm glad to hear how much you and HG love them! I already know I can't resist buying 3 of the 4 on the sample card (La Raffinee, La Fascinante and L'Exuberante)...but I think I may also want La Caline and La Somptueuse......
Glad you got the holiday collection earlier than you expected & got the highlighter Miss QQ! It looks the same on me as you've described it. I really like it alot.

Yeah, have to admit I'm thinking about the powder too. It does look like such a soft, diffused glow... I am definitely developing a highlighter problem.

Well, I caved and bought Enviree yesterday. And I blame it on the fact that one of my favorite Sephora SA's is now working at the Chanel counter at Nordstrom. I like to do what I can to bump the numbers of my favorite Dealers, uh, I mean, Sales Associates

I wore my Famous RA + Triomphal EDG finally last night...and for a Halloween party non the less! The lip combo went great with the Venetian mask I wore for the party so I went for it:
