Chanel lipsticks - Rouge Coco, Rouge Allure, etc.

Well anyway.......I am thinking Antigone, Evasion, Fetiche (interesting that you like this one elegant - I thought it was super pretty in some earlier swatches we saw but I haven't heard anyone else comment on it), Romance and *maybe* Monte Carlo and Chance (I worry about this one showing up on my lips) on the Shines. Bis, I may eventually take you up on your very generous offer but atm the plan is for me to do a CP for someone from the Netherlands once a Chantecaille item comes back in stock, and the recipient is going to get me some Chanel.

For me - Fetiche is one of the most unique shades in the bunch! It is a must have for me. Evasion right up there with Chance & Romance. I do believe that they will show up on the lips - here's hoping, but I think so.

[/quote] No rush, all things are perm anyway I liked Fetiche as well, it's one of the colours with more payoff I thought. Still hoping that I can manage to get a blister pack with the RCS before I buy any.

Do you have that link Michelle to the pixie2woo - love that name - I want to see it! Fetiche seems like Chanels 'missing' color from the lippies. So soft & wearable looking.

The lighting in that video is a bit weird, so it's hard to tell the difference between Evasion and Fetiche - but her look is pretty!

I would have never thought to use those 2 colors together. just lovely. You can kinda see where Fetiche has that slight violet mauve plum tone. FAB

You know, I was thinking today that I really like the new Dior & Shiseido lipstick - but there is just something different about buying a Chanel product. I feel like I'm buying elegance & luxury!

Oh, I don't like the Dior lipstick casing at all. You can't set it down - especially to take pics

Dior's is pretty, but yes not practical.

I know - I've always hated the Dior packaging - not at all practical, and sort of stupid looking. They need a serious redesign, that's for sure! Yes, it's great to whip out a Chanel lipstick -

yea I like to stand my ls like little soldiers in a row and you can't do that with Dior.. Chanel's is lovely esp the RAs.. but the Coco's are kind of ordinary.. Guerlain does a stunning casing..

back and kind of sad -- but there is improvement in my sister so that's a good thing.. glad to be with my boys again.. and back with you gals.

Bonitinha.. thank you. I was happy to spend a few days with them also.. it is good for all of us but due to my sister's treatment, they have to be in a different city for now.

Yea, my husband was the mind behind the soldiers.. lol. He made me some shelving which look like little pews and each ls is in its colour pew.. lol. I know it sounds weird but this was one of his many hobbies. He loved to work with fine woods.

I saw a big poster of Rouge Coco Shine on someone's wall in a facebook pic the other day, and i was like... WHERE DO I GET THIS POSTER?

I am flying through Amsterdam to London on March 30th, and then from London to Barcelona on April 1st for a mini vacation with my bf, so I can then pick up both Fauve and Antigone in any of those 3 airports at duty free prices.
I know fauve was 17,55 pounds in UK duty free, and Coco Shines didn't have price next to them, but I'm expecting them to be between 18 and 19 pounds.
I don't remember Amsterdam prices. They were around the same as UK ones converted to euros. I think Fauve was 19,50. They didnt have Coco Shines, last time I looked, while our regular shops already have had them for a couple of weeks.
In USD it wll be: Fauve - $28
Coco Shine: around $31.
I can post from the UK at $3.25, which is not too bad.

It's funny that our duty free prices are pretty much your regular prices, although tax obviously comes on top, but its not as high as ours!
I'm so excited that London Stansted DF has Bobbi Brown counter. Hopefully they'll have some of the new Rich colour lipsticks.
I'll go on another swatcherama with Dior ones to find that colour I liked.

I think buying Chanel is pure luxury because of the lovely sleek packaging and velvety pouch for everything

Michelle, so funny about hubby peeking over. My bf did that too when i would be reading specktra stuff while at his, he was wondering what could keep me glued to the computer for a good hour or so.

Elena, enjoy your vacations! We have a great weather right now in Spain, at least in the Mediterranean part of it. Don't forget to swatch Plum Rose and Sweet Nectar once you are at the BB counter. They are my favourite ones!

My bf hates it when I tell him "it's time for me to check the forum", so he knows I will be disconnected from real life for a nice amount of time
