Favorite Ebay Sellers/MUA-Swappers?

Please take into consideration that postal strikes leave a backlog of mail. Im still waiting for a few things from a couple of weeks ago, and one item from the start of October. You never know - something could have happened, and she just has to prioritise at the mo.

An email from her would have been the courteous thing to do - so that makes me think its to do with the post, as communication is usually one of the sellers strong points. I was going to place an order with her, but im waiting for my MIA items to arrive first!

I hope yours arrive soon/you get a reason why its late.

I'm afraid I'm in exactly the same position. I paid for a set of five samples and I've since emailed twice and received no reply or communication at all. Really disappointing considering she was recommended here and had received so much positive feedback.

sorry to hear about that i have since started a claim for my money back but still have no response- i hope you get it sorted an explanation would have been nice but nothing

UGH!! STAY AWAY FROM TANKIST1!!!! Overcharged for shipping, packaged poorly and my item arrived damaged. Refused to replace. A very rude and insulting person.

Tankist was not bad a few years back but then changed... Like you said they are rude and their packaging isnt that great. It's too bad since at one time they were good. I never got a fake from them, always authentic.

I have shopped with sorroww13 for months on ebay. She and Vladimir manage Sorrow's Needful Things and not only is their customer service the BEST, but they wrap each individual item and always give a gift with purchase when buying multiple items. She has rare MAC items and prices are pretty reasonable too!

She's alright. Her items are pretty legit. Her feedbacks are mostly delivery (as a seller)/payment (as a buyer) problems.

I have just had a terrible experience with this seller. If you go through and read their feedback they have a LOT of retractions, but my experience with this seller tells me they were blackmail retractions... only taken back because the seller left negative feedback.

I paid on Nov 08, then cosmeticland0 filed an unpaid against me after I asked where my item was. I included the Paypal ID for the payment and I have spent weeks trying to sort this out. They never respond to emails and are belligerent when they contact you because you were forced to file a complaint to get any response. The single worst ebay seller I have ever had to deal with.
