LOL, its Ok, there were a few members who did receive the fake *indented ring* eyeshadows from her and she was definitely selling fake White pigment at one point, I saw those listings myself. We did have a number of members posting here about having received both fake eyeshadows and pigments from her, though I cant recall what the outcome was for those buyers.

Most of her stuff, shadesticks, paintsticks and other pro items are good, I think she may have gotten a few mixed lots. I havent ever bought from her personally, her prices are even higher than Australian retail in some cases, but if anyone is considering an eyeshadow/pigment then it may be worth asking for a few more pics before clicking BIN

Thanks for the info and sorry for double asking about the seller. I forgot to do a search again.

I talked to her and they are the same now but she's not the "beautysampler" that sold on ebay years ago. I had to find out cause the one from ebay wasnt very good and I personally know macmocha and know how good & nice she is which is why I was confused.

hi, sorry If this should be a new thread, but does anyone have any experience with uk ebay authentic mac sellers? I've bought some genuine pigments and some not. I wonder if we could get together a list or thread similar to this for UK specktra members? Apologies again if this is aleady a thread elsewhere on the site but I cant seem to find it. Many thanks x x

I'm in the UK, and would highly recommend julie150463 and 123julie_green. If you look back on this thread, and elsewhere on this forum, you'll see that they sell only the genuine article

I've heard goog things about both of them too. I buy from 1165cheryl, I'm in the U.S. and she has a great range of pigment choices & she ships internationally. I've only been a member here a short time and the only good sellers I've heard repeatly to trust are cheryl, the two in the UK mentioned and macmocha (never bought from her but have heard good things)

123julie_green is great. I found her through this thread. She also posts internationally and is very helpful with every question you have.

Just a follow-up about the fake 'Naked' pigment I received from Minieboop.

I returned the pigment as requested, using Royal Mail's AirSure service, to make certain I had online tracking and confirmation of delivery in case PayPal had to get involved. It cost me over £6 to send it!! It is showing online as having been delivered on 18th February, but I've not had my refund yet so have had to get ebay involved. I see on their feedback that someone else has said they sell fakes (although that wasn't for a MAC item), and another says they returned their item but didn't get a refund

Just bought and received a Redhead MSF from sonic2ash on Ebay. It was packaged perfectly and thoughtfully, even with a little fragile note on the front of the package. I have no reason to believe it is a fake. Everything looks 100% authentic

She's also a top-rated seller and has 193 100% positive feedback.

yeap!
toootaly empty! can you believe such an attitude?
I'm been so so rude to her cos I was way to upset and then she told me:

"[FONT=arial,sans-serif]hello
i am ever so sorry to here this
i check every item before i list it
as you can see by looking at my feedback i am a very honest seller - i never try to mislead anyone on purpose as this is very bad for business
i can only say sorry i must of missed this one or mixed it up with another while in the listing item process
please may i say this is not bad and outrageous behavior but just a mistake
i can fully understand your frustration and upset as i say this was no way my intention for this to happen
i will be giving you a full refund of course as you have not received what you bid on."
-----------------------------------------------
yeah,yeah, blah,blah,blah she's sorry...
I got full refund but unfortunately, there are people who don't know what to do...
sometimes it passes...

I stay away from sellers who have a mix of items; DVD's, Makeup, Christmas Items, candles etc. They generally do not know a lot about any one of the categories they are selling. I stick to sellers who specialize...if you are going to sell makeup sell makeup!! Or even add perfume or something but make sure it all goes together.

Follow-up regarding the fake 'Naked' pigment I received from Minieboop.

The seller did not respond to the case I raised through ebay, requesting a refund, so since I paid with PayPal I have now been refunded. I have my money back (albeit minus just over £6 that it cost me to send it back via AirSure so I could get online tracking that PayPal insist on) but get the feeling that the seller wouldn't have refunded me if they could avoid it.

I have left follow-up feedback, but unfortunately I think nobody will see it as there has been a lot of feedback since I originally left mine.

Thats great news!! Not so great that the seller didnt respond though - its how people handle bad transactions that determine their worth as a good seller. I just got a refund back from a non responding seller as well (not MAC, it was a fragrance) but that has taken since 20th Jan to settle - I got my refund yesterday

Has someone bought from just_simple_life on Ebay? Sounds right, but I've never bought makeup on Ebay so it would be nice to have some kind of feedback.

There's a thread about the seller here. Can't figure out how she makes any money if the products are in fact authentic. Never bought from them though...just seems too good to be true!
