That is so exciting! Painting, staining the hardwood floors and installing carpets and lighting were the very last things that were done when we built our house and those things definitely did not take 3 months...actually our whole house was built in 4...so I bet you will be in sooner!

I imagine it depends in part on the subcontracters' schedules but you would think that the way things are with the economy these days they wouldn't be overloaded, right?

I agree, it shouldn't take another three months for what's left. Though the housing market here is really different than a lot of what we're hearing about in the U.S. Prices here actually increased over the last year by incredible amounts, at least in the Toronto and surrounding area (and Ottawa too me thinks, Shadowy lady can correct me if i'm wrong) and the builders are still really busy. Having said that, it really does depend on the schedules of all the different tradesmen, since our closing date is so far away.

Now I'll have to check if Waterlily is available here...

The Taffeta Rose Lipstick would look awesome you too... as well as that Coral Love Glossimer (since you like Chalys).

I must state for the record that I do love my Chanel collection. A gorgeous pink Joues Contraste blush beats a MAC MSF (including Stereo Rose) anyday, IMHO.

I'm deffo on Team Chanel. We need a Chanel smiley! Hmmmm.....
