Eh still think it be too loud, especially with the dyed hair color I have in addition to skin tone. So maybe not electric blue but something more demure.

It's gonna sound so cheesy, but this last page of the thread here proves at least one thing: even when the people on here are diametrically opposed when it comes to view points and beliefs, we can always find a common ground. If more people could learn to do this, think how much better the world would be. If, when someone is feeling sensitive or unhappy or at odds with the world, they could notice even the smallest thing about someone else (like a blue eyeshadow, lmao) and realize that for all our differences, almost everyone likes to feel good and be appreciated for what makes them beautiful
