Kids? Too much too fast too soon?

Saw a girl at the mall. Probably in the fifth grade. Low rise skinny jeans, heeled boots, tank top with a sheer tshirt layered over that with a half top over that (sounds like it covers a LOT more than it really does, I assure you), walking into the MAC store with full intentions (according to her) of having the MAs do a full makeover on her.

I was at Disneyland Yesterday and I saw this EXACT setup. More that once .. I see this girl MAYBE at the most.. 11 years old.. wearing skinny jeans with heeled boots.. and little silk cami-top.. at DISNEYLAND!! not even I would dare wear heels to disneyland.. my feet were aching in my Nikes.. geeze...and I was wearing a long sleeved shirt, it was chilly outside!
