It was my lw from the Nordies back order on Sunday. I guess they found me one at a store like 25-30 miles from my house. Thought I wouldn't see it until mid next month but its safe w my other lippies now. Needless to say I was shocked when I got the ups my choice notification email yesterday saying I had a package due today. I can't wait to play w it. I'm glad I decided to go ahead and order it.

When it gets to me, I'm going to try my Lavender Whip with Reel Sexy Heirloom Eye Kohl ("highly metallicized greyed lavender"). It's definitely bluer than it is pink. It may not be lip safe, though, but it's not something i will wear often on my lips.

I will, it a really pretty champagne highlighter once you get past the white over spray. You might have something similar as this is a glow powder out of the too. Both of these pearl matte are for fair to medium skin tones.

I picked up Pure Decoration today. I didn't have Playing Koi and I seem to like these white-based lipsticks (mlle, st. germain)...I haven't tried it yet though. Yesterday the rest of my order arrived: both Pearlmattes, Glace and Sweet Tooth mlbs. I also had bought Raspberry Swirl last week. I love all my stuff, esp both the pearlmattes (they remind me of Veronica's Blush which I also love and use frequently). What a great collection!

I'm pretty fair, about NW20 right now, so I definitely fall into the category of people it would work for. I guess I'm just not sure if it would be TOO similar to other highlighters I have like Lightscapade, Benefit Watt's Up, or Snowglobe beauty powder. in debating if i should get it too! i heard pink buttercream is similar to veronica's blush from archie collection which i already own, not sure if i have anything similar to in for a treat though..who wants to convince me?

I think it is different enough from the other products we have seen this year to justify the purchase. And the texture of these pearlmattes is divine. I vote YES!

So am i perfer hilighter and glow powders over wear blush.
Lightscapade is whiter for sure!!!, Benefit Watt's Up migth be silmar but it looks more nude then champaign/gold from satches I've seen (don't own it/tried it), Snowglobe beauty powder is paler and pinker (more bone white colour).
Veronica's blush is deeper/has more colour when mixed then Pink Bettercream, but the outside shade (san hearts) is similar.

Thanks for the explanation! I have both Veronica's Blush and Pink Buttercream and didn't find them too similar, but I always just use them mixed!

I started off wanting so much from this collection but only ended up ordering Raspberry Swirl l/s. I do really want Lavender Whip but after spending so much on Fashion sets and Art of the Eye I just can't really afford it. I don't know if to just order it while its still available on the Mac UK site. I have Blooming Lovely l/s from the Liberty of London collection so I was thinking I could maybe get it looking similar by using a pink liner underneath it. Do you think Lavender Whip is a must have or should I be good and make do with what I already have? Btw I'm new here and I'm so happy to have found this place, it's amazing!

Well I finally got my new Lavender Whip
It is about 2 shades pinker than the original LW. Thats fine with me, its still lovely on.

Thank you for the welcome and for your advice! I just hate skippers remorse, its the worst! There's been so many things I've talked myself out of and ended up regretting it. I'm going to have to play around with Blooming Lovely tomorrow and see what I think. No matter how hard I try to resist I always end up getting sucked into the Mac LE hype. Did you get anything from this collection?
