I headed back to MAC today to pick up one more e/s with my last remaining gift card. I was going to get 100 Strokes, but then decided to swatch Knight again and compare to Knight Divine.
First off, I still think 100 Strokes is kinda chalky, but I played with a bit more, and the colour is just so beautiful. To me it reminds me of a deeper Glamour Check (Starflash). My comparison of Knight and KD also did confirm that Knight is more of a straight up grey, so... it's back on my list. The MA said the difference is even more noticeable when you apply it, because the blue in Knight Divine really shows up more on the lids, especially when applied with pinks, silvers, etc.
I need to correct something I mentioned yesterday as well for the Toronto ladies. The Bay at Yorkdale does not have the collection out yet, but the f/s MAC store there does.
As such, I couldn't use my gift card, but really couldn't wait to play with 100 Strokes, so I bought it from the f/s store. This one looks amazing next to Flip, really amazing. I did hold off to get Knight and the 214 with my gc though!!! I feel exercising some restraint is the first step to recovery!

I am seriously thinking of throwing all caution to the wind this afternoon when I check out the collection...everything sounds so scrum-diddly-umptious! I can't wait for my classes to be done with so I can get my BBR fix! MMM!

Contrast is pretty. If you have the funds, go for it! If you don't, hold off for now.

Ladies, I know All Fair doesn't get a lot of love, but I'm wearing it today and it's freakin gorgeous. It plays up the pink in my lips and make them look like I just ate some raspberries! Def my fave lipstick in the collection! I don't even like Lustres but this lipstick and 3N are the most flattering non-bright colours on my lips.
P.S. I'm not sure how this lipstick will work on warm skin tone ppl though. It works great with my cool complexion
