I think that my almost definite list for BBR consists of Strawberry Blonde, Red Devil (if it's not too orangey for me), Redhead and Blonde MSFs. We'll see if funds stretch further than that.
I am very tempted to get Flip and/or French Cuff, but I really shouldn't get any more eyeshadows.

PLEASE, don't kill me if this was asked/answered already. This thread is like 100000000000000000 pages long and I wasn't able to log on a few times. But, I'm having the HARDEST time trying to figure out what I want:

If I have So Ceylon, which MSF should I get? Brunette or Redhead? Or do I even need either?

you HAVE GOT to get both! i'm telling you girl...my skin tone is almost identical to yours and those MSFs are just AMAZING girl...i actually have all 3!

oh dear, so i went from not buying anything from bbr to only getting the blonde msf - as i have blonde hair it seemed rude not to! but now i'm wanting to get redhead msf as well because from what i've seen and heard i NEED it!!

HI all!

So I tried French Cuff and 100 Strokes today. I know many of you disliked the texture of French Cuff, but imo, it's not too bad. Just a little on the dry side, so I needed to really press my brush into the pan. But once on, it is really pretty. It does remind me of Expensive Pink, but because of the texture, it stands out a little more and I think is a bit less orange-y. There was lots of fall out, as with all lustres. I do need to add though, that I don't mind lustres that much (except for Nanogold, if that was a lustre).

100 Strokes is really nice. It goes on a bit darker on me than it looks in the pan, but I didn't have much of an issue blending this in with French Cuff, so it's not as chalky as I initially thought.

I'm off now to possible B2M for All's Fair and get my big bro a bday present!

Ok my list has gotten even shorter, i have to think about HK now!

So without a shadow of doubt im getting a MSF, that was never a maybe but im not sure which one to get out of Redhead and Blonde.
Im NC15 and will have platinum blonde hair (really soon hopefully!) and ive seen the swatches but im still not sure.

Just out of curiousity how do these MSFs work? Are they a kind of blush or do they look like really nice (and subtle) all over? I just dont know whether i want a pinkish one or the Redhead...both are so nice im just struggling to picture how Redhead would look like all over hmm....

Anyway my list:

....Thats it! Ive decided to go for what i need rather than what i want with this collection...HK is gonna be my official splurge.

But the more I want to give this collection a chance, I have to order it unseen....kinda frustrating.

Just a couple of quick things:

Someone mentioned a few pages back that they were disappointed that the looks on the MAC website did not use the MSFs. I agree. I was also disappointed to see that none of them used Red Devil or Chignon as well.

Heading out for last BBR haul and have narrowed down to:

Flip (B2M)
French Cuff (B2M)
100 Strokes (B2M)
Top Knot (B2M)
Pincurl (B2M)
214
226

I'm thinking about adding Blow Dry. Is the color payoff decent? I don't do sheer very well.

Fresh Cement is definitely more grey than brown.

I went through my shadesticks and picked the one that looked like it would go best with Pincurl, and I have them all, so...

I find it depends on how you apply them! Redhead works as a magnificent blush on me, but if I go really, really lightly with a 187 it just gives me a beautiful golden glow.

Blow Dry is gorgeous, but quite sheer. By itself on my pigmented lips, there was hardly a tint.

Thanks, I am looking for a light grey base and I prefer shadesticks. Will look at this.
